My wife and I experienced a serious overheating problem in our Santa Fe while driving from our home in Kansas City to Chicago. We found Kunes Hyundai online and were blown away by the superior service they offered. Kyle served as our service advisor, and he went above and beyond to take care of us. He patiently explained the problem, told us they had to order a part, and promised the vehicle would be done by Tuesday. When I left the facility, Kyle said he was on the phone trying to work a little magic to get the part sooner. I don't know who he called or what he said, but he worked the magic. The part came on Monday, and they had the Santa Fe fixed and back to us a day ahead of schedule! That was tremendous. We were already sold on the Hyundai, but this experience reminded us again of why we are on our third vehicle. The level of customer care is off the charts at Hyundai. And Kyle is the best service advisor we've ever had. The repairs fixed the problem and got us safely back home to Kansas City. I would gladly recommend Kunes Hyundai without hesitation. Most comfortable car I have ever driven. My 6th BMW. So easy to get into tight parking spaces. Brakes a bit tight- need to get used to!

We bought an 2021 F-150 from them. I then went out west to work on a wildfire and, on the way home, the truck died. Originally, I wrote a pretty scathing review of AutoNation Panama City. But, in spite of it all, they have been absolutely amazing. Not only have they been working with the dealership in Utah where the truck is currently being worked on, the leadership at AutoNation has been regularly keeping us informed and went out of their way to make a way for us to get home to Panama City from Utah even though the truck is still being worked on. It's a warranty thing and no fault of AutoNation. They have been nothing but caring and respectful to both me and my wife. I don't know if I will ever buy a Ford again, but I will most definitely buy from AutoNation PC again. I can't say enough about how the folks at AutoNation PC have truly earned my respect through their commitment to taking care of customers, even when that customer hasn't been the most pleasant human being.

Great for a small/short person. Not comfortable for tall people. Love all the premium features. All leather interior, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory seating. Electric adjustable passenger seat. Not a great sound system though.

From start to finish, my experience was like being greeted for the Grammy’s! I had an open recall on my car that they did at no charge. I pulled into the Service area, got out of the car and was greeted by Alex. He was very welcoming, and directed me to the lounge where they had complimentary coffee from a self serve state of the art coffee and espresso machine. He explained that Julisa would be coming to get me to get me checked in. Julisa is extremely personable and welcoming. She gave me the red carpet treatment from start to finish as well! After she checked me in she told me that if I wanted to go somewhere while my car was being worked on, they have a complimentary shuttle service that will take me anywhere within 5 miles. I thought that was a really nice service, and Alex drove me to the mall! Alex and I had nice a such a nice conversation and he is a very ambitious young man! When my car was ready Alex came and picked me up and took me back. Julisa went over everything with me in detail and was very thorough with explaining recommendations. She never pressured me to have the services done. They did a free bumper to bumper inspection with the service. Lupo the mechanic came to talk with me about what he recommends and was very kind and knowledgable. He also physically showed me the things he recommended. They washed my car, filled up all my fluids and checked the air filter and tires! All at no charge! I highly recommend having serviced done with them!
2016 BMW X1 review
While I’ve only had it for a few weeks I can tell this car is going to last! It’s so comfortable and stylish. Very roomy on the inside without having to drive a tank! I live in the PNW so having a reliable car that can keep up during our winter weather is a must.

I love this car! Sufficient size and easy parking for city - but drives and rides great in town or on the highway. Nice maneuverability and handling. Sweet 4-wheel option. Bought car for commuting but, with working from home, it’s become mainly for fun and convenience and makes a pleasure out of household errands.

2020 BMW X1 review
Love the car. Has all the room I need and a decent motor. However, I am a "car guy" and nitpick little things because I like my car to be perfect 1. Had to replace motor mounts at around 30,000 miles. Fortunately covered under extended warranty. 2. I will soon be replacing front inside door handles. This is known problem with the materials used. 3. Car goes through batteries pretty quickly, three in six years. $550.00 each time. 4. Very difficult to come to a smooth stop due to "grabby" brakes. Another common complaint. Despite the above I love the car and its utility.

2021 BMW X1 review
I couldn't be happier with this vehicle. It was made for ME! Its height makes it easy and painless to enter and exit the driver's seat with my arthritic knees....I just slide in & out in nicely! The "head up" feature is very helpful every day. Those are the best headlights ever for night driving. No complaints from this customer-in her 3rd X!

2018 BMW X1 review
2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

2017 BMW X1 review
This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

I had not fully intended on buying the M3 when I came to the dealership, but after I saw it, I knew that I had to have it. Unfortunately I had left my credit frozen with the three agencies, and the passwords were back at my house- a 30 minute drive away. Charles, my sales associate drove me home in his own car so that I could unfreeze things. I was very happy with everyone at the dealership with whom I had contact, and would recommend BMW of Carlsbad to my friends.

2021 BMW X1 review
The first thing one notices is the quietness of the ride. After that, the handling - surefooted and solid. Love the extensive sunroof. Only owned the car a short while, so hard to comment on value for the money, but loving the easy acceleration of this car and the smooth handling around curves. I wanted a smaller vehicle since usually just me, but one that can handle winter driving and steep hills. The X1 more than fits that bill.

2016 BMW X1 review
This is my first X1 and it won’t be my last! I love the size, performance, and interior. I’ve owned other BMWs in the past and this one does not disappoint! I can fit a ton in the back and it gets really gas mileage. So far I haven’t had major issues with it- just properly maintain it and all will be well.

2018 BMW X1 review
2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

2020 BMW X1 review
The BMW X1 is easy to handle, powerful, has great acceleration, has a very quiet engine and it offers excellent fuel mileage with mid-grade to high octane fuel. My only criticism is that the X1's ride is harsher than most SUV's. For example, the Subaru Crosstrek, which is essentially similar, has a much smoother ride than the BMW X1. But that's because the X1 has thicker tread, run flat tires instead of a spare tire that the Subaru has. The X1 has superb handling on the highway, but it's equally at home in a city/municipal environment. The interior is easy to understand, and it provides much room to carry groceries and other cargo and the all-around view of the driver is unobstructed. The fully adjustable seating, with memory for two (2) driver is a godsend.

So far, my wife, for whom I bought the car, is extremely happy. It is too soon to judge the overall reliability of the vehicle, since we bought it only yesterday. But the car has the sport and premium pkges, so is fully loaded, with beautiful mocha leather seats and trim: a very elegant interior and I love the "heads-up" display.
