I recently traded in my previous M4 competition and purchased a new double Individual M4 Competition xDrive, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish. My sales advisor, Bassel, was fantastic to work with. He was honest, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. There was never any pressure, and he made sure all of my questions were answered while helping guide me through the process in a very transparent way. Paul, the General Sales Manager, personally oversaw the transaction and made sure everything went smoothly. It was clear he truly cares about the customer experience and about doing things the right way. Jeff from the used car department was also great to work with. He provided a very fair offer on my previous M4 and was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the appraisal process. Ryan in the finance department was incredibly helpful as well. Both he and Bassel stayed late to make sure everything was completed properly so I could drive home in my new car that same day. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot. I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted to test drive and had an appointment with Jean (John) Venant on December 27th. The car (2024 Mazda CX-5) was waiting for me when we arrived. Our salesman was a great guy & seemed knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. It didn't take me long to decide to buy the car on the spot. Baltimore in the financing department fought very hard to get me the best rate/deal available. They even gave me far more for my trade in that I was anticipating. Everyone throughout the (seemingly painless) process was great to work with. We felt very valued. My only "complaint" is the sticker shock I had when I saw all the "dealer fees" on the bill of sale. Many things (window tint, fabric protector, etc) were all things that you only typically see when buying a brand new car and not when buying a used car. And, with any used car purchase, I made sure to get the extended warranty. That's just smart no matter which dealership you buy from. However, I am concerned a bit to read very mixed reviews of the EasyCare warranty company, as it seems they only approve HALF of the claims submitted. Fingers crossed.

Jayme Larson was very courteous and explained every detail of what our BMW was going be serviced. Our rear brakes were replaced and the price was absolutely awesome. You think that going to a dealership for service is going to cost an arm and a leg,but BMW Tucson gave a very competitive price.

We were traveling when our car broke down and we towed to the Hendrick Dealership. The staff at Hendricks were great! We were on our way to pick up our 3 year old grandchild and the team set us up with an enterprise rental car. The repairs were extensive and did take several days but we were updated daily on the status. Due to the car being under warranty everything was covered by BMW. I know we did purchase our car with the Hendricks team but we were treated like we did. This is why I have purchased three BMW's.Great job!!!
