Capitol ChevroletReviews
Capitol Chevrolet review
I live in California and bought a truck from these guys sight unseen, 1,400 miles away. I emailed fifteen dealers around the country looking for a very specific configuration. Nine of them couldn’t answer a direct question in five days. Craig Johnson answered four of mine in about ninety minutes, in writing, including the ones most salespeople dodge.. Andrew Johnson sent me three of the four things I’d asked for before I even followed up, and he coordinated the whole pickup with my transporter. Lisa in finance took on a cash purchase titled to an LLC and registering in California, which is the annoying version of that job. When I came back with questions on the paperwork she didn’t get defensive, she just fixed it and had a corrected set out the same day. Best price in the country on the truck I wanted, and the only dealership out of fifteen that would just answer the questions. If you’re out of state and hesitating, don’t.

The interior is spacious, Beautifully styled interior. The exterior is nicely styled. The middle console is small. The infotainment center is easy to use once you learn how.

Jim Norton Toyota OKCReviews
Jim Norton Toyota OKC review
There are a few things that are as awful as buying a car. I don't think anybody would dispute that fact. I have been casually looking for a car, and there was a car that was on my list of cars that were acceptable. I looked on the website, someone reached out to me. So, I drove up to the dealership, which, by the way, is in OKC even though it feels like you must surely be in New Mexico. This was the most delightful car purchase of my entire adult life. The salesman, Joseph, was a dream to deal with, not at all obnoxious and insulting, which has been my experience in several states. He was kind and while we waited for paperwork to move through the system, we chatted about books. Darcy, who handled all the paperwork was a dream, she even gave me crackers out of her desk when I said I was getting hungry. Overall, if you need a car, you should go to this car dealership. You will not be disappointed. There are not enough words for me to say nice things about these people. Go buy a car from Jim Norton Toyota.

I had an appointment at 8:30 am. I arrived at 8:00 am for a tire rotation. I left at 10:30 am. My representative said that another car took my spot and that my vehicle and paperwork were missing. I have been very patient for my last two services, but this has to cease. My time is valuable like everyone else's.But when you sit there for hours and receive this kind of excuse, something has to change.

Don Sitts Auto SalesReviews
Don Sitts Auto Sales review
Wanted to leave this review letting everyone know if you can get to this dealership DO IT. My wife and myself drove 10 hours one way from Virginia Beach to get a beautiful 2003 Silverado 1500 with 77000 miles on it. We also traded in are 2022 kia Sportage AWD so we wouldn't have another car payment. Before we got to the dealership we talked about how much the full purchase price would be and if they would be able to at least pay off the KIA. We send in a video of the car and they said minimum they would pay off the KIA. The price they told me was the price I paid . They didn't change it on me . They paid us more then what we owed for are Kia even though they didn't have too. We have boughten 4 brand new cars in Virginia Beach and 3 used ones in are life time. When it comes to getting another used car I will be going through these guys regardless of we're I live. #respect to everyone that worked there. You guys got customers for life from us. So if you want a hassle free , great reliable car. We're the dealership puts you guys first before making maximum money I advise you go to this dealership even if you're driving far. We did 10 hours there 11 back home and we couldn't be happier. Thx again to everyone that helped us . Jeff are sales men , John the financial guy and there GM Ed thank you guys again for everything you guys got customers for life. And Don Sitts should be proud of the great employees they got. Also I'm a us army veteran and my wife is an active duty us Navy sailor going on 16 years. They went above and beyond for us. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I have yet to decide on the car I was looking at, but I was working with Robert and found him to be very professional. There were none of the high pressured sales techniques you expect and receive at most dealerships. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for someone who lives in Las Vegas. I have no reservations in buying the car I was looking at from this dealership. A refreshing change after dealing with so many "threatening" and pushy people in Vegas.

Ewald KIA of Oconomowoc review
I stopped at Ewald to get information regarding the end of my current lease. I was greeted immediately by Roxanna, who was very friendly and yet, very professional. She asked what I liked about the car I had, the options I wanted to keep and what I might like to add. She provided a test drive in a 2026 Seltos and then, introduced me to a beautiful 2026 Sportage. Her demeanor the entire time never included pressure tactics. She showed me all the features that were included and how to navigate the control panels. She took me to the service area and introduced me. The entire experience was exciting and enjoyable. Because of Roxanna I made the decision to lease the Sportage. I am confident I will enjoy my new Wolf Grey Sportage.

Helpful staff. Would have bought from them if I didn't get the car that my daughter really wanted from another dealership. Maybe next time.

Michigan City FordReviews
Michigan City Ford review
I ended up buying a 2019 Ford Fusion. I absolutely love the car. I would buy it again tomorrow. Ran into a few glitches on a few issues which I was confused about but they were promptly handled much to my satisfaction. My car was cleaned to perfection, received a complete checkup, oil changed at my request, met the service dept which I intend to use for all needs in the future. I met the General Manager Greg and my salesman was Blake who I highly recommend This was my first experience with Michigan City Ford and they will be my dealer moving forward for all future needs. I highly recommend Michigan City Ford, they go the extra mile. Patricia L Mason
