NYE VolkswagenReviews
NYE Volkswagen review
Such a great VW experience! Rich was professional, and so knowledgeable- he answered every question I had about the vehicles I was looking at and made the process go smoothly and quickly. He also patiently explained the tech and features in the VWs and even my insurance app! Robert and Anthony made me feel comfortable with the financial side of things. I did not feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t love, they worked with various lenders to help me get the best deal, and I understood everything I signed. Most importantly, my VW Is flawless and the warranties and dealership perks are incredible. This is my first VW, and I look forward to being a Nye Volkswagen customer for life.
2023 Buick Encore GX review
I love this suv! I have a bad back and the Bonneville I had was getting tough to get in and out of. ( Pontiac went to a close friend and Pontiac enthusiast who's going to give her TLC) I just love the GX though lots of bells and whistles I'm still learning but handles great in snow !

Had a problem with my 2018 ford escape. Took it to them for repairs but they couldn’t get it done the same day so they sent me home with a rental and delivered my car back to my home good as new. Great job Spitzers. Customer service was awesome.
2020 Buick Encore GX review
I purchased this car as a daily driver to keep highway miles off of my really nice vehicles (Escalade and Corvette), and to haul around our 100 LB Doberman. I have been amazed at the performance of this car with its 1.3 Liter turbo. Mine is the Encore GX ST model, which includes some convenience features you don't expect in a bare bones commuter. AWD, Automatic headlights and dimmers, heated seats, among others. no matter how hard I drive it, I get 30 MPG average, and can get more on a trip. About to turn 50k miles without a problem. Original tires are still in great shape! I will buy another one if and when this one ever wears out.

AutoNation Honda West KnoxvilleReviews
AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I used cars.com buying service and was greeted by 3 dealerships but chose AutoNation Honda. The process of the service was very easy to use and understand. Salesman, Jamal Walters, reached out and made an appointment for Saturday, and Jamal was waiting when we showed up with the cars, we were interested ready to view. we took a test drive and started process of figures, then trade-in values. No waste of valuable time. Returned on Monday to consummate purchase. Brain our finance mgr., was also easy to deal with and tailored products what we needed. If you want a Honda, run to AutoNation and ask for Jamal!
2021 Buick Encore GX review
Had bought the 2021 Buick encore gx AWD brand and up to this point I've had 0 problems with the car. Handles great and get pretty much get in to any tight spot that bigger vehicles would have a hard time on doing.. Great on gas I save tons of money on gas alone so that by it's self is a huge plus.! I'm a big person being 6'3 and I have no problems sitting comfortably in the drivers set - of course my set has to be all the way back so can't have anyone sitting behind me unless they wanna get squashed.!! Sharp little car that performs pretty great and being from WI it actually drives pretty great on bad winter roads with the AWD on.. My overall view of this car since I bought it new is that it's an excellent car that most definitely can be trusted very reliable and once again you can pretty much fit into any small space and making tight u turns is a breeze for this car..!! Perfect car for City driving I'm happy I went with this car. Being a bigger person and being 6'3 I was pretty surprised at how comfortable I was driving this small compact SUV...

Volkswagen of Downtown ChicagoReviews
Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago review
James Christy was my salesperson who helped me purchase a VW Jetta for my daughter's first car. From my initial contact with him to the red bow placed on her new used car, he was top notch. Listened to what we needed, delivered on his promises and made us feel like he was one of our best friends. Out the door pricing was given to us "prior to" coming in so there was no surprises when we got there with the assistance of his sales manager Julian, who also also great to work with. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This experience today was exactly how all dealers should treat their customers from initial call inquiry to the hand shake congratulations car purchase. A+++!
2024 Buick Encore GX review
The Encore 2024 GX ST is my second GM car, which has truly impressed me. I've driven various vehicles, including Honda, Infiniti, Toyota, and Saturn, but the Encore GX truly stands out. Its sleek and attractive exterior design caught my eye immediately. On the inside, the elegant beige leather seats create a luxurious atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art infotainment system adds to the overall appeal. The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

It’s easy to smile and shake hands! Walid & Tanner absolutely went above and beyond. When the car itself didn’t cooperate with the sale they both went great distance to make it right. They were patient. They listened and they made it right. Thank you
2020 Buick Encore GX review
Okay a 1.3 L with turbo doesn't sound impressive, but it got me up to highway speed just fine and scored 30 MPG the whole way. Just the wife and me...having kids along would make it too cramped, but for us the compact but well appointed cabin was comfortable and the entertainment options plentiful. Really enjoyed it over all.

Ed was SO helpful! We had such a great experience with him and the rest of the team at Spitzer! Buying a new car can be such a daunting process but he listened to what we were looking for without the pressure I've experienced at other dealerships. AND he was able to steer us in the right direction, keeping in mind the features we were looking for and our budget.
2023 Buick Encore GX review
I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

AutoNation Ford North Canton review
I had a great experience at AutoNation Ford in Canton! Kentayvion Stovall was fantastic to work with—friendly, professional, responsive, and made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. They even worked with me on getting my new Bronco color matched and offered me a loaner vehicle at no charge while it was being painted, which I really appreciated. We also realized after the fact that we had left something in the Jeep we traded in. I reached out to Kentayvion, and he responded right away and was super helpful in getting it back for us. The customer service didn’t stop once the sale was complete, and that really stood out to me. I absolutely love my new Bronco and would highly recommend AutoNation Ford and Kentayvion to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

It is a great entry-level Buick. Longer than its old self. Handles great. I would like a little better of an interior. I would recommend this car over the old one.

Great team. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealership! Thank you to the team that helped me: Richard, Oscar, Jose and Demitri. They've earned a return customer.
2020 Buick Encore GX review
The car is quiet, acceleration is acceptable considering the 3 cylinder turbo charged engine. There’s enough room I the back seat for 3 adults. Rear storage is adequate. Interior controls are laid out well and the seat material is easy to clean.

I wasn’t too sure about it when I bought it as some reviews I had seen weren’t very good, but certain years did/do have issues. I checked and the 2021 does not. But for being a compact SUV I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely love this little car.

What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. Everything I marked above is definitely true and more. I would highly recommend this auto to everyone interested in buying one. Believe the right ups on this auto that others have also made.

I had an amazing first car-buying experience with Tyler Hopkins! He helped me purchase my 2016 Honda CR-V and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and always got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had questions. I really appreciated his communication and how easy he made everything throughout the process. As a first-time car buyer, having someone so helpful and reliable made such a big difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely recommend Tyler to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you, Tyler, for making my first car-buying experience such a great one! 🚗✨
