2023 Buick Envision review
Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

2017 Buick LaCrosse review
Bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium in December of 2023. It had 120,000 miles on it. I now have 155,000 miles on it, and haven't incurred a single issue as of yet. Smooth, quiet, comfortable ride, gets a fair share of compliments. I think they must've ran up against budget when they arrived at the interior. Lol. Not a major concern though. This car is very reliable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car!

2020 Buick Encore review
The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

2024 Buick Envision review
This 2024 Envision Avenir has more than satisfied my expectations. The car is peppy under most conditions even with the 4 cylinder turbo. The large screen on the dash provides a lot of options of what you might want to show and it is easily changed. I believe that it has a very nice look and feel in that inside and nice looking on the outside.

Throughout the entire process, Trevor?s communication, communication, communication made all the difference. He kept me updated at every step as the vehicle moved through production and delivery. On delivery day, I met Amanda, who made what could have been an overwhelming tech setup feel effortless. She walked me through every performance and technology feature, connected my OnStar account, synced Apple CarPlay, and ensured I understood all the apps and settings before driving off the lot. Her professionalism and enthusiasm turned the delivery into a great experience. Daniel (F&I Manager) was equally professional, direct and knowledgeable when discussing warranty options, but respectful when I declined. The entire process was efficient, transparent, and team-oriented, which I deeply appreciate as a former military officer who values teamwork and integrity. When I left the dealership, my new Suburban was spotless, fully set up, and ready for a long drive south to Texas. I?ve bought many vehicles in my life, and I usually ask dealers not to put their decal on the back. This time, though, I left the Elway football logo right where it belongs. It?s a reminder of a team that truly earned my trust and my business. I not only recommend this team, would actively seek them out again in the future. 2020 Buick Enclave review
I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

The alignment was out just enough such that on a level road the car had a slight pull to the right. The technician was able to notice the same and adjusted it to where it tracks dead on straight ahead. With tires running a grand for a set of 4, the extra $150 was well worth the cost to make them last a long time. This dealer has very good technicians.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

I would like to start off by saying that my family and I have been long-time customers of Autonation Subaru. Our experience has always been excellent. Monday evening, I upgraded my 2024 Forester Lease to a 2026 Crosstrek Wilderness. Our experience started out as expected. However, it took an unfortunate turn after the transaction was complete. The details are not important because Kwabena, one of your sales managers, did a phenomenal job hearing my concerns and resolving the issues. I wanted to provide a list of all the exceptional things he did to address my concerns. He began our conversation by honoring my request to meet in an office so it could be a professional environment away from other customers. He provided an additional manager to participate in our conversation. I appreciated this from a school administrator perspective because I require the rule of 3 for my school leaders. He was genuinely invested in my concerns; while he assured me that my concerns would be addressed, he maintained professionalism towards the individual at the root of my concerns and did not disparage him in our conversation. When I arrived, it was very busy. One of my challenges was that I left my prescription glasses in the glasses holder on the windshield. While the sales associate I worked with communicated on 2 separate occasions that he was too busy to help me, Kwabena personally went to the secondary lot to retrieve them. He also addressed my other concerns and found solutions immediately. One of the solutions required a return trip to the dealership today. Even though Kwabena was off the day of the service, he ensured that the entire matter was communicated so that the necessary actions could be taken today to resolve the matter. I am sending this email of appreciation and as a leader myself, I know that it is important to hear that you can trust your other leaders. Have full confidence that Kwabena is phenomenal at his job! I am also sending this email because I respect the relationship and time invested over the last 7 years by both the employees of Autonation and my family. As a result of Kwabena's exceptional efforts, I am electing to forego submitting my feedback survey on my purchasing experience. I believe survey feedback should be honest and transparent. I also know that an organization should not receive a disparaging surveys when something goes wrong if a company manages it in the manner that Kwabena did. In closing, please express my deep appreciation to Kwabena for his efforts.
2021 Buick Envision review
LOVE MY 2020 BIICK ENVISION. IT HAS MOST BELLS AND WHISTLES THE CHINES BUILT IT AND ITS BEEN TROUBLE FREE HAVE 50,200 MILES ON IT CHANGE OIL AND FILTERS EVERY 3,000 MILES. NO PROBLEMS.

2018 Buick Envision review
Bought the Envision new and paid I THOUGHT, TO MUCH AT $48,000. BUT TO DATE OTHER THAN TIRES & OIL CHANGES IT HAS BEEN FLAWLESS AND HAS COST ME ZERO IN MAINTENANCE at 48,000 miles. Great acceleration & comfort. Down side would be no off button for battery stop.

I took delivery of my 2026 Suburban Z71 (6.2L, custom Borla exhaust, red tintcoat) from John Elway Chevrolet on 23 October 2025, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences I?ve ever had. My journey with this dealership started way back in July 2025, when I first tried to buy a similar vehicle. That original deal didn?t work out, but Trevor (Internet Sales Manager) never dropped the ball. He stayed in touch, helped me custom-build the exact Suburban I wanted, and kept every promise, from the guaranteed price to a very fair-trade value on a challenging trade. Throughout the entire process, Trevor?s communication, communication, communication made all the difference. He kept me updated at every step as the vehicle moved through production and delivery. On delivery day, I met Amanda, who made what could have been an overwhelming tech setup feel effortless. She walked me through every performance and technology feature, connected my OnStar account, synced Apple CarPlay, and ensured I understood all the apps and settings before driving off the lot. Her professionalism and enthusiasm turned the delivery into a great experience. Daniel (F&I Manager) was equally professional, direct and knowledgeable when discussing warranty options, but respectful when I declined. The entire process was efficient, transparent, and team-oriented, which I deeply appreciate as a former military officer who values teamwork and integrity. When I left the dealership, my new Suburban was spotless, fully set up, and ready for a long drive south to Texas. I?ve bought many vehicles in my life, and I usually ask dealers not to put their decal on the back. This time, though, I left the Elway football logo right where it belongs. It?s a reminder of a team that truly earned my trust and my business. I not only recommend this team, would actively seek them out again in the future. 2012 Buick Enclave review
Had this car since 2012, not even 100,00 miles yet, in great condition and paid for. Excellent car! Great on trips! If taken care of, would recommend this as a very good buy.

2024 Buick Encore GX review
My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

2024 Buick Envision review
Buick is bringing sexy back. I have had two friends say it looks like a Porsche and an Audi. The Sport Touring model is the sexiest car I've ever driven. Super comfortable with lots of head and leg room. The seats are ergonomically designed. The dash is a technical marvel. Runs great and even gets 30 MPG on the highway

2022 Buick Envision review
I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

2019 Buick Envision review
I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

2023 Buick Encore GX review
I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

To me these reviews all sound like everyone wants what they want this is a business that’s selling used cars a tip to help new buyers. You are given a 500 mile or 15 day warranty take the car you buy down to the original dealership or any mechanic have them do a over all inspection if anything is wrong with the car that the warranty covers take it back to the place you bought it from and they are legally obligated to fix it at their expense not yours because it falls under the warranty also make sure you buy GAP INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND INVESTMENT!!!!! 2013 Buick LaCrosse review
My 2013 LaCrosse was my dream car from the moment I first laid eyes on it. I bought it in 2013 and now in 2026 I am having difficulty finding the part needed to get it back ip and running. All recommendations have hit a brick wall. Why Buick discontinued this model is mind boggling. It’s a xxxx good car!!! Unfortunately, not being able to find the replacement part I have no choice but to scap it. 😩
