I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding – everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They respected my time, kept the process, efficient, made everything straightforward, and stress-free. What stood up most was their honesty in their pricing. There were no games or unnecessary pressure tactics. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain to everything clearly, and worked with me to obtain the vehicle I came in for. It’s rare to find a dealership that values both customer experiencing and efficiency, but this team definitely does. I truly appreciated. How smooth the entire process was and how much they cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience.

I just purchased a 2025 Trail Blazer from Edwin Martinez at Jack Phelan. I am thrilled with my purchase! And I have never met a salesman who worked harder to get my business!!! I was not in a place to be very flexible with my payment and Edwin did everything he could to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted!! This is my second purchase from Jack Phelan and I will continue to purchase from them!! They do everything they can to meet their customer’s needs!! Thank you Edwin for working so hard to get me my new car!!! Rebecca I
2024 Chevrolet Blazer review
We are enjoying our 2024 Blazer RS so far. It is very comfortable and quiet. The driving dynamics are great, very responsive and smooth over rough roads. This is the first Chevrolet I've owned in a couple decades, mostly due to inferior interior fit and finish. But in this car it is done well, although hard plastics on the top of the doors do not make a nice resting spot for my elbow. Also it takes a little bit to get use to judging the front end clearance when parking. Other then that, I have found the build quality to be right there with most foreign competitors in this segment. That said, you have to pay extra for things like adaptive cruise and some other features that are standard on the competitions upper trim levels. Only other issue is the lack sight lines out the back, the pillars are very thick and the window small. Definitely need the blind spot monitoring. Overall this is a nice SUV to drive, comfortable with sporty handling and good looks.

2024 Chevrolet Blazer review
We love our 2024 Blazer RS. As a mid-size SUV, there is plenty of room for 5 and ample cargo space. The design is slick and we have had several folks ask us about the vehicle and features. The 3.6 liter provides great performance, especially for the vehicle type.

2020 Chevrolet Blazer review
Bough this Blazer brand new in June of 2020 and it has been very reliable with zero issues. All we have done is change the oil and rotate the tires on schedule. I am 6' tall with a prosthetic leg and I can get in and out with minimum struggles, whereas vehicle is driven mostly by my wife as a grandkid hauler on a regular basis with no complaints from her about anything save a TPS module failing in one tire. We did opt to get the 3.6L V-6 and what a powerful engine, 308 HP that leaves no want for more power. I did get a de-activator for the active fuel management system. I am concerned about camshaft and lifter failure as a known issue with this engine down the road. Also have heard and read about timing chain issues that will need to be replaced between 80k miles and 120k miles. This is a wear part that will need to be dealt with but remains much less than the sales tax on a new vehicle.

Napleton's Palatine Subaru review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle at Napleton's Subaru in Paletine, Illinois. The salesperson Bart Wajtyla was very professional and courteous. He explained features in the vehicle well during the test drive. He even gave me a bottle of water while he was completing the transaction of selling me a vehicle. His manager and he compromised with me very well until the vehicle was purchased.

2022 Chevrolet Blazer review
I recently took delivery of my second Blazer. My first was a brand new 2019 fully loaded Premier and I liked the vehicle so much I leased another one. This time an RS. I really enjoy driving the new Blazer. I find it very comfortable and I’m a male 5’11” 260 lbs. I get a lot of compliments on this Blazer everywhere I go so naturally I find the styling to awesome. The infotainment system works great. The Bose audio system sounds unreal and having Onstar is really nice as well. Gives me piece of mind. The performance overall with the vehicle is really decent. I wouldn’t say it leans on the high performance spectrum but to be honest it’s not that far off. Handling is really good too and the Blazer comes with a ton of safety equipment which I think is great. My only complaint with this vehicle is you almost have to Lease it or buy a used one. Because the price is really steep for what it is. It’s a sporty mid-sized SUV with NO 3rd row with some decent refinements and equipment for an MSRP of almost $52,000. That’s a lot of money. I know nothing is cheap today but I think GM priced this vehicle way too high. By at least $5,000 to $6,000 easily for what it is. (Supply issues aside) Chevrolet would sell a lot more of these if the price was just a bit lower in my opinion and I’m pretty well in tune with this. I’m actually a sales manager at Chevrolet dealership in Massachusetts and have been in the sales and operations end of the car business since 1997. Thank you for reading my review. Cheers!

I have been dealing with Mike Haggerty since 2016. ERNESTO has sold me 2 brand new cars. I truly love his customer service. Mr. Haggerty the owner came and greeted me. This dealership is amazing.
2022 Chevrolet Blazer review
I have a 22 Blazer. Overall a very good vehicle. However interior is a little cheap. Exterior is fine. However I have had 2 incidents involving the engine. Computer required complete reboot. In less then a week another issue = heat check valve malfunction. Complete tear down of cooling system and computer reload. Took 3 days but the dealer was very good. All under warranty. Only issues.

2023 Chevrolet Blazer review
I went in to get a 2026 Equinox and came out of the dealership with this beautiful, sexy, hunk of a vehicle. I love how it handles, how it looks, and all of the gadgets. I just passed down my 2018 Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback Premier, and I was still learning the things that vehicle had, so I probably will never completely learn everything on this baby. I am a Chevy Woman for life!

2022 Chevrolet Blazer review
Recently purchased the Chevrolet Blazer 2LT Midnight Sport Edition SUV and absolutely love this vehicle. The Blazer has a very nice, sporty, and unique design. The 2.0 Turbo 4 cylinder engine delivers plenty of horsepower at 228 HP. I'm used to driving a V6 engine and was concerned about the performance and I can honestly say it delivers a solid performance. It drives very smooth and has great gas mileage, 29 mpg highway and 22 mpg city. The interior is designed well, the cloth seats are comfortable and this Blazer is very spacious. The technology is easy to use and has Wi-Fi connectivity. I highly recommend this Chevrolet Blazer to anyone looking for an affordable SUV that looks great and has solid performance.

Guaranteed Motor CarsReviews
Guaranteed Motor Cars review
Guarantee motors is a amazing dealership Brion, my car salesman was totally amazing along with AJ the manager. The whole process was simple, and so fast and easy. I was in and out in a timely manner in addition to that I also was given a good offer for my trade. Which helped me to make the decision to purchase my 2019 Audi A8L which I totally love. In fact, I have a peace of mind because I was given the option to purchasing an extended warranty to cover any major repairs that can possibly occurred during ownership of my new vehicle purchase. In closing, I know for sure I will definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I will also send friends and family their way when it's time to purchase a new car or a first time buyer. Thanks. Again, guaranteed motors, Brion and AJ shout out to you guys. You guys are totally amazing you both rock keep up the nice work.
2022 Chevrolet Blazer review
I have a 2022 Chevy blazer RS. Loved everything about this vehicle. Love the style, handling, acceleration. I just enjoy driving this vehicle. But at 4800 miles the actuary module went on it. I was very disappointed for the money I spent on this vehicle for something like this to happen so early. It was replaced so time will tell if it happens again. I bought a new car because I wanted reliable transportation but now it’s always in the back of my mind that something could happen again.
