2025 Chevrolet Equinox review

2025 Chevrolet Equinox review
The 2025 Equinox is a good solid SUV. My only complaint is it has electronic problems. Every time I take it in the dealer says that no codes can be found? It starts by itself! The engine surges when you are stopped at a light or stop sign, in the past month it surges as you apply the breaks to stop. Happens randomly, You never know when it will happen. Compass has quite working, speed zone indicator has gone out and the message that tells you that your phone is in the charger has disappeared! Other than the above issues the 2025 Equinox is great. 😊

2023 Chevrolet Equinox review
I didn’t think I would ever trade in my Honda Ridgeline Trailsport, but when it went down, my rental was a 2025 Equinox. I was very impressed with it and prompted me to stop into a local GMC/Chevy dealership and found a beautiful 2023 Chevy Equinox RS just traded in after a 3 year lease on it was up, so the upkeep and general maintenance was important to me, and well kept by an older gentleman who traded it in and bought another New one! Call it faith that it was the same color as my Honda truck in Iron steel grey with the black edition badges and rims too, same as my Ridgeline Trailsport! Took it for a test drive, the rest is history! I was so impressed with the driving, comfortable interior cabin, infotainment screen package, as smooth of a ride as it was, and all easily accessible buttons at your fingertips. The powerlift gate is a nice touch too, amazing! The only possible setback is going from a V6 to a 4 cylinder, so the power lacks a little as expected but is nice at the gas pump! Overall I’m pleased and would recommend this SUV to anybody or family! Test drive and you’ll be impressed as well! And it’s a Chevy! Nice job GM !

2022 Chevrolet Equinox review
I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. My salesman was very patient with me. I asked a ton of questions because there was so much about the vehicle that differed from my 2013 Suburban. I suppose, if I were not such a Luddite, I would have found many of these things obvious. As it was, we didn't explore the engine bay. My age and under-hood vehicle complexity have pretty much made my access here a waste of time. The salesman balanced the time spent on each element and provided me with a reasonably good understanding of each. However, I still spend time digging through the owner's manual, after the buy, trying to grasp the fine points of various elements.

2024 Chevrolet Equinox review
I previously owned a Chevy Trax, which was fine when I received the vehicle. The blessing it was, sustained me for what was pertinent; now, I have been blessed with more responsibility; said responsibility warrants a bigger vehicle. This vehicle is perfect for my family of four; my mother's wheelchair fits perfectly in the trunk, and there's still room for my nine year old daughter, my mother, and my sister. 2026 Chevrolet Equinox review
The Equinox is a nice SUV, that can be fully loaded and still not break the bank. My Equinox has full power, A/C & heated seats, sunroof with a fully, customizable, large display panel. The rear seats are also heated and comfortable to ride in with plenty of room. The heated steering wheel wraps up the luxury. The engine is a little anemic with a 1.5l turbo and FWD with the CVT transmission. With one person, it is okay, but as you add people, the engine bogs down. However, the mpg whether loaded or not are fantastic with my average of 26mpg consistently. The ride is very comfortable and it competes with many luxury brands for comfort and ride. The design and sleek front end make it a very attractive drive. I would say that if you are looking for a fully appointed vehicle in the crossover size SUVs that won’t break the bank, check out the Equinox. Whether a daily driver, a small family or traveling, this platform provides high comfort and good quality that competes in this marketplace.

this is my 3rd Equinox. I drove the prior 2 about 90,000 miles and had no repairs - very reliable. I have 25000 on this one - no problems - a comfortable drive. 30-32mpg on a trip and 26mpg around town. mine has heated seats and dual climate controls/ both work well

2013 Chevrolet Equinox review
I owned this car for 10 years (2013 purchased in 2012). Spent less than $3k in repairs over those 10 years. With regular oil changes and good tires reached 135k miles comfortably and quietly. Buying a new Equinox looking forward to another 10+ years

2026 Chevrolet Equinox review
just bought my 2026 equinox, not to happy with the snow Ice mode vs having AWD , on thing I would change is getting the AWD that also has a off road package. I am also not happy with not being able to add roof racks after market. Do very much enjoy the added space unlike my 2018 equinox it is definitely bigger and more spacious. gas mileage is good . the interior is very nice and love the heated steering wheel as a standard now. overall I rate my 2026 a 4/5

I’ve had a great experience with this car. It’s reliable, comfortable, and easy to drive on a daily basis. 2021 Chevrolet Equinox review
I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.
