In early November my wife and I decided to purchase a new truck and began visiting several dealerships in the Denver area. We settled on Emich primarily due to the experience we had with Chaz Valdez and a conversation that I had with Wade Seymour. Chaz took the time to understand what our wishes were re: a new purchase, patient with our questions and considerate of my wife and I as we deliberated on making a purchase and selecting just the right vehicle. We are satisfied that we got the best deal and are secure in our decision to buy the vehicle from Emich.
Chaz Valdez was phenomenal in his commitment to making us comfortable. I work at another dealer and decided to look around first. I'm glad I did. I am an anxious person and ask a lot of questions, they made it a priority to confront that challenge with professionalism and understanding. This was my first time buying a car at a dealership. Chaz and finance manager Andrew made it a fairly seemless operation. If anyone looks to buy a new vehicle please go see Chaz and and Andrew at emich chevy. I would recommend these guys very highly.
Stopped in at Mike Shaw while visiting the area from NYC to find a place to live. Just meant to test drive an Ascent but ended up ordering one that day. Despite my age, this was the first new car I was purchasing and the first car after 20 years of being car free. Alex V was super helpful with explaining the options ??? and that because of the options I picked it would take 8 to 12 weeks. When it looked like it might go a couple of weeks over, he kept me calm and the car (which is great) came in right at the 12 week mark. Great people. Low pressure. Excellent location for those of us north of Denver. You might have to bargain a bit for your discounts but you???ll also likely get more than the no-haggle places. Since it was my first time ordering a vehicle, I don???t know if it???s customary to offer a loaner in the meantime. They eventually offered but only after I whined a bit. (Again, I???m new to the negotiating thing so maybe that???s on me). Day of pickup, I was in and out of there in a flash.
Max was very helpful during our car buying experience. He went to great lengths to make sure all our concerns were addressed. Khalid was super pleasant and made the financing process as enjoyable as financing can be. He is very personable and engaging. Lindsey was quick to respond to my internet inquiry. Two thumbs up to everyone who helped us purchase our car!!
I take my utility sports vehicle to Alpine Buick on a regular basis because of the outstanding service provided by the Quick Oil Lube Department. I also receive the same type of service from the repairs department, if my vehicle requires repair. Great job, technicians!
We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!
Jamison was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the ins and outs of the car very well. Did a great job demonstrating the features on a test drive. He was very helpful breaking down the financing and what was/wasn???t included.
Had a great experience at Groove, specifically because Jordan helped me find exactly what I was looking for... and put up with my countless model comparison questions (thank you!). I ended up with the 2019 Forester Limited and I could not be more satisfied. On multiple occasions Jordan ventured into the wintry mix with me (not ideal weather to browse vehicles) to help me fully understand differences in model trims and features. He was extremely knowledgeable on the various trims and package accessories which made it much easier for me to make my decision. He was also extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend asking for Jordan when you arrive.
Not only did they go above and beyond in all measures to make sure I was satisfied with the car, but you can tell they actually care about you and aren???t just trying to make the sale! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone/everyone! Great sales managers too!

I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. From the buying experience to service, the team and Len Lyall has always made the buying part fun and by providing great service at a great value, the service end is painless as well. I would not think of buying a vehicle anywhere else....but Len Lyall. Their tag line is true, drive East and pay the least, and I have friends who come from several other states to also buy from Len Lyall. Dan Johnson, the GM knows how to take care of the customer.
Great experience buying a car over the Internet. My sales associate/Kasey Goodrich was amazing, patient and very helpful with the car purchase. Bought the car two days before Thanksgiving needing a windshield. Kasey went made sure it was installed before they closed for the holiday. He left the car outside, fully detailed with a full tank of gas, then offered to drop the key off at our house [20miles] so our daughter could get her car! Great customer experience, highly recommend working with Kasey.
I got an oil change for a reasonable price. When I asked how much to replace a burned out front turn signal bulb, I was appalled at the $70 price I was quoted!
