I purchased a new Mazda CX-50 over Easter weekend and working with Will Platts was a great experience from start to finish! He had both vehicles I was interested in ready to go when I arrived and gave me the space to look through them without any pressure. During the test drive, he was informative and super patient with my two children backseat driving. Throughout the entire process, he stayed low-pressure, listened to what I was looking for, and made everything feel easy. He set clear expectations when we asked about the financing process, which ended up being smooth and straightforward. Before I left, he took the time to go over all the features and settings with me, which I really appreciated coming from a 2013 Mazda. He even followed up a week later to check in and see if I had any questions. It had taken me months to even step foot in a dealership, but Will and the whole team behind him completely changed my perspective on car shopping. Dwayne was great! Best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He took his time with me as I kept turning down car after car that I asked to test drive over a period of two weeks. He came in on two of his days off to help me when I found another car that had just come in. I’m a hard person to sell to but he kept on until he found the perfect car for me. I would 100% but from Toyota mall of Georgia again!!! They also gave me one of the best deals for my trade of all the dealerships I dealt with and I promise that was a lot! Everyone was super friendly from the sales managers to finance.
2024 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 review
Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

I had a wonderful experience. I bought a brand new 2026 Chevy Traverse at a different dealership. I had the car for a week and I had to have it at the dealership for an over the air update that basically killed my car. I had to have a tow truck come and jump my car. I bring it to the dealership and I have to rent a car because they don't have any loaner cars. So, I get the car back and they say everything is ok. A few weeks later another update and it doesn't work. I call to get an appointment and a loaner car and it's going to be a few weeks. I have had this car for a total of 30 days, I spoke with the service manager and no one seemed to really car or offer to help me in any way. I was put on a waiting list for a loaner car because I can't afford to rent a car for 3 or 4 days every time my car is in the shop. So, I called Covert, from the woman who answered the phone I explained everything to her and I was put on a list for a loaner car. She called me back in 2 days, they had a car for me and told me that Adam would be my service provider. I was able to drop off my car, pick up a car and get everything taken care of without any hassle. Adam was great and kept in communication with me the entire time. I wish I got my car here, but I will absolutely recommend this dealership and buy my next vehicle here. Thank you so much.
