The service dept. couldn't have been better. They performed the service of placing assist steps to our 2018 Enclave. The price was very competitive to other dealerships; even better! Unfortunately, the assist steps are still too high for my wife to properly enter the vehicle. (She is 4'10".) Wish something else could be done for her...
We've purchased a couple of cars through Dan and we'll seek him out again for our next purchase. Dan is straightforward and informative, never pushy and always willing to help. Dan has always worked with us (and Elmer; and the Service Department) to make sure we were happy and that we get whatever we needed to make things go easy. The most expensive dive keg I ever bought. Game in to get a key made ended up buying a vehicle.Sean was easy going. I wanted to look at the new trucks they showed me one but it was not the trim I wanted. They found another and did a dealer trade.we wrapped up the deal relatively quick. Car salesmen have a bad reputation and I think there's some truth in why they do. However Sean and the folks at wickstrom were not pushy, in fact they were laid back and let things happen at the pace I chose. Never felt pressured. The folks there did their job without all the pushy BS that you expect to get when you go to buy a car. I looked on truecar and had sales people calling me constantly like fresh blood in shark infested waters. Give wickstrom an opportunity they won't harass you they'll help you out.

Recently bought a 2018 Certified Chevrolet Impala. Low miles and great price. Dave Lurie was great in showing all the cars features and making it a quick easy purchase. Craig Kuhns was equally as great in securing the best finance rate possible. Great buying experience, would go back for future vehicles.
I looked at a vehicle, very unfair with their trade in prices, decided the next day to purchase it, had my own financing!! I talked asked for out the door price i agreed to the price. They ran my credit and sent my bank the details and purchase order. I was on my way to get the check, my Salesman called me and said another salesman had sold the truck!! Even though we had a deal and I was literally on my way to the bank and they sold it out from underneath me!!!! That is very very unprofessional!! And disrespectful!! Money means more to them then there customers!!! The general manager literally told me business is business and their financial advisor tries to talk you out of having your own loan so they can make money off of your loan when you purchase a vehicle. They think all people are naive to their tricks!!!! This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in 45 years.. They have no morals!! General manager no help what so ever!!!
