2023 Chrysler Pacifica review

2020 Chrysler 300 review
I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I recently had my 2023 Jeep Gladiator towed to Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram due to a major transmission issue. A friend highly recommended the dealership, so I called Jeremy in the service department while I was on the way to give him a heads-up that I was coming in. When I arrived, Jeremy immediately introduced me to the shop foreman, Cortez, who jumped in the vehicle with me for a quick test drive around the parking lot. We barely made it around the building before turning back in, and Cortez immediately recognized that there was a serious transmission problem. Knowing the vehicle was still under warranty, he had the technicians pull codes that same evening and quickly confirmed that the transmission needed to be replaced. What impressed me most was how fast they moved. The replacement transmission was ordered that day, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was out of town the following week, and they had my Gladiator repaired and ready to go by the Tuesday after I returned. Jeremy, Cortez, and the entire team provided excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service from start to finish. Whether you need warranty work or general repairs, I highly recommend Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Mr. Adriano Silva really surprised us with his excellent customer service! Something you don't get to experience very much anymore. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism. He politely approached us and talked to us before we told him what we were looking for, once he knew what we wanted he went straight to finding exactly what we wanted! That place is full of cheerful people and all willing to help you, no rolling eyes when I asked a question, no interruption while I spoke, overall, it was a great experience!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Overall good experience. Couldn’t get much done until you go in. Only put half a tank of gas in after they said they would fill it up and no floor mats. And manager special is not for everyone.
