Napleton's River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
Kim took care of me by keeping me updated on my vehicle while in service. Total professional!!
2024 Ford Bronco review
4 door Outer Banks. Wanted a comfortable but more rugged 4wd daily driver, moved from BMW X5, very different. Very pleased. Great build quality, no squeaks or rattles. Ford Sync system quite good. Lack of rear air vents solved for 2025 but not overly concerned and year end rebates swung me. 4 Cylinder is smooth, peppy , slightly droning. Smooth, comfortable, bit more wind noise with hardtop than I prefer but knew that at the outset. Did not get bigger tire package for fear of excessive tire noise. Have a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara which I like but this Bronco is better on every level- no contest

Stan Gibson is definitely the salesman you want to see when in the market. He isn’t the typical just buy from me salesman he makes Conversation to figure out what your needs and wants in a new car are. He goes above and beyond for all of his customers regardless of how much you’re willing to spend. More dealership out there need them a Stan.

excellent car buying experience. The agent and I carefully went through all the details and needed transactions and all of my questions were answered for that day.
2024 Ford Bronco review
Superior ride and ability over the Bronco Sport. It had no problem going through 4 feet of snow. Excellent handling. $ wheel drive plus the extra modes of traction makes it the best 4 wheel drive vehicle that I have ever owned. I do have the soft top but had no problems in weather that was around 0 degrees. I was suprised how warm it was inside. For a soft top, it kept the heat in and the cold out.

Art Hill FordReviews
Art Hill Ford review
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Art Hill Ford in Merrillville, and overall, I am pleased with my experience despite a few bumps along the way. The buying process itself was fantastic thanks to Joe, our salesman, who was amazing and went above and beyond to secure the sale. After bringing the vehicle home, we discovered a few front-end issues that were missed during the initial inspection. While it ultimately took some time, extra trips, and persistence on our end to meet the 172-point standard advertised, the dealership truly stood behind their word. Matt, the Used Car Manager, was exceptionally accommodating, appropriately apologetic, and made sure we were provided with a loaner vehicle while repairs were completed. They even covered the cost of an independent inspection to grant us full peace of mind. Though the process took patience to reach full resolution, Art Hill Ford proved that they stand by their promise and truly value customer satisfaction.

2024 Ford Bronco review
More fun than I've ever had! I recently purchased a 2024 Bronco outer banks. Yes the road noise is bad mmmm but its a soft top convertible and yes the premium radio was not great so I added a 500 watt subwoofer. But the truth is I feel Like a kid when I drive it!!! if your looking for a Lexus this aint it but soooooo much fun!

I ended up buying a 2019 Ford Fusion. I absolutely love the car. I would buy it again tomorrow. Ran into a few glitches on a few issues which I was confused about but they were promptly handled much to my satisfaction. My car was cleaned to perfection, received a complete checkup, oil changed at my request, met the service dept which I intend to use for all needs in the future. I met the General Manager Greg and my salesman was Blake who I highly recommend This was my first experience with Michigan City Ford and they will be my dealer moving forward for all future needs. I highly recommend Michigan City Ford, they go the extra mile. Patricia L Mason

CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy) review
I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.
