2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Had a unusual and unpleasant experience buying a brand new Jeep Wrangler hybrid.After 10 days it stopped working- I was not getting much response from anyone but the salesperson. After 10 days of not getting much traction and being told there was no qualified technicians to fix the problem, no loaners, I was contacted by management who invited me to meet with them and resolve my issue. After meeting with Jon O. one of the GMs I was able to resolve this issue in a manner which was fair and acceptable. I just wish we had started sooner but things happen and I feel that the guys there do care about selling a good product and standing behind it.
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

The set an expectation on delivery which was not met, but I did not need the vehicle anyway. They knew that, but never should have set the expectation because then I kind of wanted it early. I have been buying cars from Fairfield for over 20 years. I bought my first brand new car in 1994, it was a F-150 XLT Lariat. I used them for service and never had a bad time, they would even wash and vacuum my car when I would take it in for service. I just recently bought my eighth vehicle from them of course not all of them were for me my wife and kids also needed vehicles. But this last vehicle I purchased the sales team went out of their way including the GSM to find me the perfect 2015 platinum F-150, and I love it. The 2011 F-150 I traded in they gave me what I believed was a very fair value for and a great deal on the new truck. I do not believe the other reviews I have read on here because every time I am here I am very well taken care of and if they are busy they do their very best to accommodate everyone there.
