I bought my 2015 Ford Escape SE back in 2018 (used with 17,000 miles), and to this day I have just shy of 97,300 miles. While I absolutely love every aspect about this vehicle, I only have one complaint - my transmission died at 97,000 miles. Thankful for the extended warranty, otherwise I would have been out thousands of dollars to get that replaced. As much as I love this vehicle, I would not necessarily recommend it if the mileage is high. Just think twice before committing to a vehicle that has transmission issues around the 80k mark - I wish I had done more research before purchasing

I brought used 2015 Ford Escape S fwd this last December of 2021 (82000). Love blueberry color, all technology stuff you could want little cross over. She gets up goes on highway. Since brought it I replaced battery, back brakes and did miles maintenance check at local Ford dealer. She passed with flying colors. Recalls is being address up coming appointment again w / dealership. Can’t wait take it as our second vehicle with our motorhome in summer vacation up Wyoming. Also after checking out Escape trims. I found out “S” series is by far the most reliable at all of them. It’s my first almost new car in 30 years. I will do my best to take good care of her. Even went through car shield for warranty help with car parts if needed .

The Ford Escape Titanium is not a Cadillac, or race car, but it's not priced like either as well. This car will serve the purposes we need, and wanted. AWD, plenty of goodies, high enough for comfort, but not to high.

The service dept is very friendly and easy to work with. They check with the customer about anything they find outside of the reason the car was in for service before they go ahead with the repair and also advice you what the cost will be so that the customer can make the decision to have it done or not

The vehicle looks very well designed. It rides nice on our mile long dirt driveway. Easy to drive and real comfortable, with great visibility all around outside.

Bought the 2020 Escape to replace a 2014 Dodge Dart, I had become disabled & needed a bigger vehicle. Shortly after my purchase I received 2 recalls, one for the stop/start system & the other for the backup camera. Having owned the SUV for about aa year I am fairly happy with it.

I purchased my very first NICE car thru Lou Fusz about 2 and a half months ago. Sadly, I was in a head on car collision that ended with my car being totaled. I was in the hospital with severe injuries but had I been in my old car, I wouldn't have made it. Tony sold me one of the safest cars possible (in my opinion?). He helped get me out of a 2002 Nissan Maxima to a 2014 Nissan Altima! I still have 6-8 months of recovery time but it's safe to say not only will I be purchasing another Nissan when ready, but will be coming back to Lou Fusz to get my new car again! At this point my Escape have 104.000 miles on it, no issues. Great exterior and interior. Technology in this car for 2011 is great, Bluetooth, handfree phone,satellite radio. The materials used in this car are the long durability after 11 years the car looks new.

Went in to have suspension and brake work done and they did an amazing job like always. I highly recommend this location to everyone who needs work done.

Doesn't compare to my former larger sport utility vehicle, I miss the room. Don't like the auto shut-off engine...that is annoying but I wasn't told about that until after I bought it.

This Escape has served me well for 52000 miles in the two years that I have owned it. It gets reasonable gas mileage (28 mpg around town) and 31 on the highway. The EcoBoost turbo gives it enough kick when I pull out to pass and there is plenty of seating and cargo space.
