I shopped several large dealerships in the area and the quality of service that I received here was second to none, I have never had a manager so quickly come out and help and make us feel at home... I met the new and used car managers and they treated me like family!! the deal was fair and upfront. I may could have looked around the rest of the day and save a hundred or two but I really think the service I received from Mr Moss and Mr Hicks more then took care of the price!!! thank you so so much!!
Loved the vehicle. not so much the financing. I was told I had to purchase certain extras to receive a lower interest rate. After all was said and done I called the company actually financing my vehicle and they informed me that was not true at all. Called the person who did my loan at Crain ( I will not mention their name out of respect) and was told I could cancel but to keep my interest to wait 3 months. Again another line of bologna. Drove back to Crain ( 3rd 140 mile round trip) spoke to a very understanding Ms. Bradley in customer relations who helped rectify the situation. Will I do business with them again? More than likely because as I said almost everyone there was great to deal with and my daughter really likes the Tucson and the actual pricing was great--- without the additional warranties another 5100.00!
Service was done fast and friendly. Thank you I had to replace my bmw emblem last month and it came off in the wash bay. I had to go find it myself. I priced replacement of them emblem in parts department and it was over 5 times marked up from eBay. I was told it was a different part but upon inspection of both, it was the same. I left with leaving the impression that the person I spoke with was correct about it being a different kind of part. Some times simple things make no difference and the feeling of being superior matter more to some than others. Just a note. Antwon was not responsible for any of this. He was super and made me feel like I should have stayed speaking with him instead of pointing out the emblem as missing to the most available person in service once I noticed the problem.
The folks at Subaru of Little Rock bend over backwards to take care of me. I got a great deal on a new Subaru, I get a courtesy car if work is going to take awhile, and I get treated like I'm their Mom. Best car ever + most competent and nicest people ever.
Aaron and Justin D. were professional and honest from the time I walked through the door. Even the people in finanacing were personable and took time to make sure everything was filled out correctly and explain everything I could expect once I left the dealership. I'm loving my new Kia Forte and am so I glad I went to Steve Landers Kia!
First of all, I'll say that everyone was very nice to us. However, every little detail about the sale took forever. I was there for hours on two different days trying to get the deal done. The finance director wouldn't budge on the price of the car & even tricked us into paying way more for it than I wanted to (even with a trade in)! I went back to see if I could remove the extra service agreement( $3,000)but they said it wouldn't make my monthly payments any lower. He was such a coward, he didn't even show his face or try to communicate with us after that. You're not that busy or special, hun. They only care about getting your money. Wolves in sheep's clothing...
