From my initial contact with Lori Iverson (Internet Sales Spec) to working out the details with Ron Greiner (Salesperson) and George Penzel (Pre-Owned Sales Mgr) and then the closing of the paperwork with Bob Haisler (Finance Mgr) I found all to be knowledgeable, personable and committed to making my experience a positive one with Miller Motors. I was so impressed with the entire experience and glad that I made the 2 ½ hour drive from Green Bay.

sales person was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and demonstrated the basic features to get us started. he made sure the car was ready on schedule. the paperwork was necessary but tedious. cathy took the time to explain fully what was required and let us take breaks as needed.

Code viewed on dash engine was missing turned off restarted ran fine reported to dealership and they corrected problem in wiring under warranty same day no appointment was required and waited for repairs at dealership

I had some difficulty with the online process, however when I went into the dealership and was greeted by Gary I was immediately taken care of and he made the entire process smooth and easy! I was able to test drive while Gary took care of paperwork at the dealer. Jacob was great with financing and paperwork! Gary took the time to explain every detail and gave excellent customer service through the entire process. It was smooth and painless! A great car buying experience!
I heard about this place from a friend, he said that the service here was great and he's known the owner for a while. After coming here, I can say I'm very pleased with the service and amount of patience they had with me trying to buy a car.
I used the web portal to make an appointment. I chose what appeared on the screen and added main issue for vehicle service needed. When I arrived for service, it could not be completed, for I chose oil change. However, I did include the additional item for vehicle service. I had to bring the vehicle back. The service employees were accommodating and topped off the necessary fluid that was low. The website for service appointment needs to be revisited, so it reflects what, I as the customer, need to be serviced.
I located a specific 2017 Expedition EL at Porcaro Ford and Shawn Moore quickly responded to my online inquiry. It is an 8-hour drive between me and Racine, but Shawn did two separate FaceTime sessions with my wife and me and was always responsive to my follow-up questions. Nicole in Finance was also very helpful in helping arrange my financing. Quality vehicle...fair price...good customer service.
