This is the second time I bought my vehicle since 3 years agao and the buying exparience is still top notch. Sabrena was our sales person. She did not push us at all, everything is up front and willing to work with us. Unlike other dealership I have been to there is No tricks at all, what we agreed during negotiation match exactly what they put on the paper. No ???accidental mistake??? on the paper work. I highly recommend Sabrena if you are considering buying your next vehicle becuase the buying expareince is truly exceptional!
I discussed the issue I had and reviewed the maintenance records I brought with me with Eric, my service rep. Eric was very helpful throughout. The dealership agreed to replace the missing wheel security lugnuts at no charge. Although the replacement lugnuts were not in stock, Eric called me later that same day and arranged for the lugnuts to be quickly installed.
They have good prices.
They did not properly prep the vehicle, wanted me to bring it back at a later date.
They did not fill it up with gas.
They do not return emails after you purchase a vehicle.
The paperwork took several hours, had to sit in a backroom with no windows in the meantime.
Purchasing my vehicle from Gil Auto Sales, Inc. was excellent. The entire purchasing transaction was great. There was no long waiting periods This auto dealership have modern vehicles for those who are looking for a vehicle without high car payments. It's like you almost determine your own monthly vehicle payments.
Autogreen has made my car buying experience a pleasure and hassle free. I'll be in the near future for my next car or SUV from Autogreen. They are the easiest and genuine people I've bought a car from. I will be back. Thank you Autogreen USA.
JaVon took the pain out of the car buying process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, straight forward, professional and patient. A 5 star rating isn???t high enough!! I would recommend him over and over!
Problems with used car purchased from this dealer.

Purchased a 2012 Chev Cruze with 93000 miles. Car was clean and drove well, no noticeable liquid leaks when inspected undercarriage. 4 nearly new tires. After only 350 miles of driving, the car check engine light came on, codes were for ignition coil and transmission. Evaluating the cost to get repaired at a Chevrolet Dealer. Would recommend taking any used car from this dealer to an independent mechanic to get a thorough evaluation of the mechanical condition.
The overall experience was not too bad. Car was clean, got a good deal. The process takes so long though, wish they could speed up the process.
