I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. Excellent experience at Corwin Ford! I traveled thousands of miles to purchase my F-350 from Corwin Ford in Nampa, Idaho, and had some understandable concerns about whether the price I was quoted would actually be honored when I arrived. Shane Flores and Richard Tolsma assured me everything would be exactly as promised—and it was. Shane even picked me up at my hotel, and the entire purchase went smoothly from start to finish. Cesar in finance was great as well. There were no surprises, no extra fees, and no attempt to change the deal, even though I was paying cash rather than financing. They gave me a price off MSRP that was better than anything I found throughout the Pacific Northwest. Traveling that far to buy a vehicle can be a gamble, but Corwin Ford delivered exactly what they promised. I highly recommend Shane, Richard, Cesar, and the entire Corwin Ford team.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim Dobson Ford on a 22 Ram Trx. My salesman was Sean Tolson and I was an out of state customer almost 1000 miles away. When buying pretty much sight unseen it’s imperative that the salesman is trustworthy and transparent with everything and that he was, sending me pics of the vehicle and keeping me updated throughout the whole process of any changes. I decided to fly out and drive the truck back. I got to meet the team at Jim Dobson Ford, “a group of great people” and checked out a few of their old school muscle cars on the showroom floor (not for sale). They even gave me a free car cover and a few bags of caramel popcorn for the ride back home. All in all it was a great experience working with this dealership 10 out of 10.
