My salesperson Josh was awesome. He listened to my needs and helped me find the right vehicle. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and very organized from the start to finish of buying my Santa Fe Hybrid. The reason for only four stars was because of Josh, the sales managers. I decided not to buy additional warranty or gap insurance for the vehicle. After working with my salesperson exclusively Josh the Sales Manager stated that he has to send my salesperson "on an errand" but he wanted to know why I didn't want the additional coverage. It seemed odd to me that while in the process of buying a $43,000 car the salesperson would suddenly have to complete an errand but it is what it is so I told the sales manager my reasons. After a few more minutes another person arrived at the desk asking why I didn't want the additional coverage. This person didn't give their name or title, but I told him after saying no three times I was ready to leave and not buy the car. Suddenly Josh my salesperson returned and the new vehicle transaction was completed without issue. Having several people pressuring you to buy something that you don't want is a unprofessional business tactic that does not add value to the buying experience at Walser Brooklyn Park.

My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. Great dealership. I found a used, low-mileage 2020 F 150XL on cars.com after Mullinax Ford in Orlando sold one that I had an appointment to test drive while I was on the way to the dealership! I texted Gary Yeomans Ford and Hunter Graf almost immediately called me back and said their F 150 was still for sale and that we could come up to the dealership the next day to test drive it. My wife and I went to the dealership, were greeted by Hunter and test drive the 2020 F 150. The truck was in beautiful shape and we purchased it. Oscar Martinez in finance was very professional, helpful, and we closed the transaction quickly. On the way home with our new truck the "check engine light" came on. I called Hunter and we drove it back to the dealership and they investigated the engine code and determined it would take quite a while to fix. Hunter gave a brand new 2026 loaner Ford Expedition Activ. The Expedition was state of the art and a joy to drive. A few days went by and I called Hunter about my F 150s repair. They discovered that the catalytic converter was faulty and replaced it free of charge under their Used Card Does Certified Blue Warranty. Chris, who is a service advisor, was awesome to deal with. He found that Ford had installed the wrong catalytic converter on the truck when it was built in Kansas City! The truck was fixed and they gave me a detailed invoice which outlined what they did. Everyone we dealt with at Gary Yeomans Ford was courteous and professional and great to deal with. They have great customer service skills and I would be glad to any buy from them again.

I picked up a 2026 Expedition Platinum with the Ultimate package a few weeks ago and I’ve been really happy with it so far. First, I’ve got to mention my sales guy, Tom Spicer. He made the whole process easy—no runaround, no wasting time, just straight to the point. That alone made a big difference. As soon as I got it, I had all the windows tinted (everything except the pano roof), and went with ceramic tint. I also added clear ceramic on the windshield. It looks great and makes a huge difference here in the Florida heat. Driving it has honestly been the biggest surprise. For a big SUV, it’s super smooth and feels really solid. But the engine is what really got me. It absolutely screams when you get on it. This is definitely not the same kind of 6-cylinder I had in my 2019 Explorer—it’s a completely different animal. When you need to get up to speed, it does it fast without even trying. Inside is exactly what you’d expect from a Platinum—really comfortable, loaded with tech, and just a nice place to be. One thing I didn’t expect was how good the B&O sound system is. I believe it’s 22 speakers with a separate sub, and it really rocks. Easily one of the better factory systems I’ve heard. BlueCruise is also a nice bonus and makes highway driving a lot more relaxed. Overall, no regrets at all. It’s smooth, quick, comfortable, and just feels like a big upgrade all around.
