Used 2023 Ford Explorer XLT for sale near Parker, TX

Hands down this was one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had. Ask for DT Carter, great guy and he won’t steer you wrong.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Classic Kia of Carrollton is the BEST dealership in the area and will always continue to trade my car every couple of years and have service done here. I am in my 4th KIA now and have never had any problems or maintenance issues but then I usually trade and buy a new one every couple of years just because I like being in the safest vehicle possible with all the newest technology to be safe and so that I have a good ride for my passengers and family I care about.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Jake provided excellent customer service. Did not have a long wait time. He came back quickly with results. Just overall good service, and they also have a nice waiting area.

I live in Arlington so I had sent an email first to see if the Badlands bronco was still available. Jimmy contacted me back right away and even sent me a video of the vehicle. I drove out the next day to take a look at it where I meet up with jimmy. My over all experience was very good and Jimmy definitely made the overall experience much better. Any concern I had he made sure to address quickly and efficiently. I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. What my purchase ultimately came down to was the level of service that I was provided. Being a long time sales manager myself, I take customer experience very seriously. One of the dealerships that I was working with lost my business completely by not respecting my time, and ultimately providing what I would call a terrible experience. I drove over two hours to look at a new truck that was on a really impressive discount. After I arrived I was informed that all of the trucks with that discount had sold several days prior after I was told by multiple people that truck was there. I was then informed by the manager that it was a mess up on their end. At most dealerships that wouldve led me to leave however their salesman and the manager not only honored the discount on a different truck but put me in a newer, less miles, and better equipped model for a difference of maybe $800. While the mix up of what had sold versus what was available was frustrating. The fact that the salesman and manager worked with me to get me an even better deal speaks volumes. Also, no hidden add ons or xx was a huge plus!

Everything from beginning to end was respectful, professional, and courteous!!! They even contacted us because we forgot our garage door opener and mailed it back!
