Rodman Ford review
The process was smooth and the sales and finance teams were easy to work with. Wayne was great in explaining all my options up front and then spent several hours making sure I was comfortable with every feature, app, etc in the vehicle before I drove it off the lot.
2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

They were helpful in being proactive to help me trade in my lease ahead of the maturity date. I was able to secure a new lease on a new Ram and it is really nice. I would recommend working with the team there and they were quick and helpful to my needs.
2020 Ford Explorer review
I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have troubled credit but they still worked with me. Thank you, Mike.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Foley INFINITI of ShrewsburyReviews
Foley INFINITI of Shrewsbury review
I’ve been looking for a Cadillac Escalade for over four months and with absolutely nothing local to my area of Upstate NY I felt the need to explore internet searches. From the moment I first saw this vehicle on Cars.Com I was impressed with the ad presented by Foley Motorsports. The video content, detailed description, financials and pertinent data was all at my fingertips for review. My first e-mail correspondence with salesman Greg Ostrander was impressive. With attention to details he was able to guide me through most elements about the vehicle with no second guessing or (let me check on that) type of response. He clearly is understanding of clients needs and looks to provide whatever is necessary to make someone comfortable with the purchasing process. Ultimately I purchased the vehicle this week and was able to get it home to my residence today. Just looking at it in the driveway gives me a sense of accomplishment that this search process is over and I’ve scored on a great deal. It’s hard for me to explain how this car buying process was the most pleasurable time ever. I just wish this dealership was in my home town.

2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

I purchase a cheap Patriot with very low miles. And very clean with no new england rust. I had one issue after Purchasing it. I returned the vehicle and they repaired it properly and promptly. They went above and beyond to be sure that the vehicle was safe for my family. I will buy from them again in the future. I do have a pretty good mechanical knowledge So I know what to look for typically. But These guys at 777 auto went through the whole jeep, Spark, plugs coil packs brakes, I am happy with my purchase. I will Check them out first the next time we need another vehicle. Good stuff, decent price, I would have had to drive to the midwest to get a vehicle in this condition. Thanks 777 👍
2008 Ford Explorer review
I have had this car for about two years, the V8 version. It is one of the best cars I've ever had. It has tons of space and is really reliable I wouldn't hesitate taking it anywhere. Haven't had to do anything major only routine oil changes and such. The explorer won't be the best on gas but if you're looking for something dependable this one is it.

I found the brothers who run this dealership genuine and honest. Normally, I assume that even a well priced car has a bit of wiggle room but David would not budge on the price which I found refreshing as opposed to large dealerships who never give you their bottom line price. David gave me his best price first!! The vehicle was well prepared for me and they have been extremely helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this small and honest place!
2017 Ford Explorer review
I have had several Explorers all have been great vehicles. My newest is only a couple years old. I also still have a great running 26 year old with almost 200k miles. Never had a big or expensive problem with either. I can say the same for the BMWs, Mercedes and Infinity’s I have owned…Once these expensive vehicles warranty expired everything but their engine seemed to fall apart. My Fords are reliable and never break down (knock on wood) Not flashy like the imports but solid.

Laryssa was wonderful during the whole experience. She focused on what I wanted and I never felt that she was trying to "sell" anything. She was very knowledgeable on all the features of my new car. She communicated during the process assisting with all the paperwork! Laryssa gets 100% 5 star rating - the absolute best.
2021 Ford Explorer review
The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!

I recently bought a 2019 Toyota Camry from them. The car itself is in excellent condition, just as described, and I got a great deal. I also appreciate the transparency and no-pressure environment, which made the whole experience enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a reliable car and outstanding service, I highly recommend. They truly exceeded my expectations!
2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

2021 Ford Explorer review
I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Ali was good. I had the financing secured online as well as a couple others to choose from that Ali provided.. Made sure the car was in tip top shape before delivery and handled everything at the RMV. Extremely satisfied with the process.
2017 Ford Explorer review
Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

Imperial Ford review
I contacted the dealership about a truck they had advertised, asking if it was still available. Adam a sales manager told me that it was and asked if I had a trade. I provided the VIN for my trade and he gave me an awesome trade in value. My wife and I then drove over an hour to the dealership. Once there we were met in the lot by Ed a salesman. Ed had the truck I called about parked out front. After a brief conversation my wife and I took the truck for a ride. When we got back and talked numbers we came to an agreement and we purchased the truck with no hassles. This made our purchase a pleasant one. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Ed and Adam are great people. Both are kind and friendly and very knowledgeable.

2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

I only bring my Fords to Bonnell. My Fusion and Explorer (both purchased at Bonnell) are serviced without a problem. Done correctly the first time. In the rare event there is an issue, they take care of it with no argument.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Bonnell Ford review
We recently bought our third Bronco from Bonnell Ford. The sales staff is always very friendly and professional. We've worked with Ben who's takes the stress and haggling out of buying a new car. We have been so happy with the Bronco that now everyone in the family drives one. I previously drove Cadillac's and was never happy with the sales or service. Bonnell Ford is great! Their service department is also very helpful and professional. They even offer a service to drop your car back to your house when the work is done. Overall we love working with all of the sales and service staff at Bonnell. We will continue to buy our cars from them in the future. Great dealership!

2017 Ford Explorer review
I have owned Toyota and Honda vehicles for years. I love the space and comfort of my Ford Explorer. However I'm at 68k miles and just had to have my transmission rebuilt. If I didn't love the comfort and ride of this vehicle so much, I would trade it in tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed and praying this vehicle will hold out to 200k miles.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

2021 Ford Explorer review
First time Explorer owner, had an Expedition that I loved but it was too high for my wife, so it went to our son. The Explorer Limited is lower, but still higher than a crossover or sedan which helps my visability. Love the electronics but concerned that they will have problems later on so I purchased a dealer extended warranty (bumper to bumper) that is 10 years 125,000 additional miles for piece of mind. Car drives like a dream, is VERY comfortable, has more than enough power even with the 4cyl (used to V8's). Gas mileage even with 4WD is great (23 city and almost 29 highway) not climbing hills. We will see how it does when we go north.

Tasca Mazda Cranston review
Just had my Mazda serviced at Tasca. The staff was friendly and helpful. Because they needed the car over night, I was given a loaner which made life easier. While they found some additional issues, they were not pushy about gettting them done immediately which I appreciate.

great comfortable car. Beautiful color, excellent trim options and reasonable fuel economy. Third row seating is there if you need it otherwise plenty of room for shopping groceries

Empire Ford Inc. review
I would like to send a big thank you to Ashley Couto for continually providing me with exceptional service. My truck has been in many times over the years for regular maintenance and service and she never disappoints! She takes the time to make sure everything gets fixed and advises me on the unseen issues. She’ll call me and say , we noticed this or that and asks me if I would like to fix it while it’s there and I usually always do! Ashley is one of the reasons why I would definitely keep buying vehicles from them!
2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

McFarland FordReviews
McFarland Ford review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 F150 XLT Hybrid from McFarland Ford in Exeter, NH, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience! From start to finish, the professionalism and dedication of Sales Consultant Fernando Andrada and General Sales Manager Jason Ose were outstanding. I arrived at the dealership on a Friday evening around 5:00 PM—just an hour before their official closing time. Despite the late hour, Fernando and Jason made sure my needs were their top priority. They stayed well past closing, working until 8:00 PM to ensure the deal was structured correctly and that I was completely taken care of. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every step of the process. Fernando was knowledgeable and attentive, answering all my questions about the F150 Hybrid, while Jason went above and beyond to secure a deal that worked perfectly for me. If you're in the market for a vehicle and want to work with a team that truly values your time and business, I highly recommend McFarland Ford. Fernando and Jason are shining examples of professionalism and excellent customer service. Thank you both for making this such a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Great service. Worked with my credit situation which wasn't good and still got me in a car same day.

Great vehicle, no problems after two years, will recommend to friends and family. Due to the shortage of workers the service department is terrible. Overall the vehicle is a 4.5 for me.

We went to Volvo of Exeter after an unsatisfactory visit to the Concord Volvo dealer. Very glad we did. Michael Coogan of the Exeter dealership was knowledgeable, helpful, and low key. We've never had such a pleasant experience buying a car.
