Great interior comfort- was looking for a vehicle that for a man ^'^" and a woman 5' The accomodations are perfect for both of us!.
Good power available when needed. Pretty paint - looks black, but is midnight green.
Has just enough ammenties- we're not fond of all the "bells and whistles" Couldn't be happier.

This black 2017 Ford Explorer is an amazing vehicle! Drives with ease, comfort and power when needed. Enough space to pack a family of 7!! Beige interior with separate front and rear AC controls.
I found our new RX350L using cars.com. Nikki contacted me and we worked out a deal. I drove 5.5 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival Nikki had everything ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised that the deal was exactly as we discussed and there were no miscellaneous up charges. If there would have been I would have left instantly. I didn’t pass an employee at the dealership without receiving a sincere greeting. There was also a very nice waiting area with refreshments. My purchase experience was simple and quick. Nikki even arranged for my rental car to be picked up. Even this dealership is 5.5 hrs away I will definitely give them an opportunity to make the deal on my next Lexus.

This car is spacious, love the interior and exterior. It is perfect for our family of 5. It is what we were looking for in a car. It is 4x4 which is perfect during snow days.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Always loved Ford Explorers. And once again this one has not let me down. I would buy this again too because ford puts out a great reliable product.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Love the look, size, and performance. Hate Ford reliability and quality control. Here are a few of the problems we have had: Transmission went out at 5k miles, PTU (transfer case) literally blew up st 22k, radiator fans relaced at 15k, 2 set of xxx Hankook tires thst Ford insisted there was nothing wrong with them, then issued a TSB admitting there were problems with them, headlights developed stress crack, A/C vent broke st 20k, nattery went out in 2 years, sest upholstery clips constantly come undone, and a carbon monoxide recall.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Mike. He was always responsive, polite, and professional. He found me a beautiful Acura at a great price. Mike made the process so easy - it took less than 15 minutes to complete the sale. I will definitely come back to Mike the next time I need a car.

I am beyond disgusted with all the problems I have had. The first wk I got I noticed the door alignment was not right, then there is a weird sound that comes on when the ac is on but it doesn't always make the sound. The battery had to be replaced after 2 yrs and the horn also went out after 2 yrs. Now tonight a fan will not shut off so I had to disconnect the battery cable. I am the only owner got it brand new but I feel I got a lemon.
Easiest buying process ever. I’ve purchased about 30 cars over the years this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had bar none. No car dealer BS - no 4 square crap none of that back and forth trying to extract every nickel it was just really professional.

We had a TERRIBLE time at other dealerships on the only weekend my wife was able to go with me to purchase a new vehicle. One dealership that was 1hr + away from our home said they had the vehicle we wanted, "on hold" for us. Come to find out, only AFTER we arrived at the dealer, the car had been moved to another dealer the evening before. No call, no letting us know... so we drove that far for nothing. After keeping us there for 5 hours telling us they'e be able to get us a nicer vehicle, down to what we wanted to spend per month, we finally left (they couldn't come close to our preferred monthly payment event though they kept saying they'd be able to). Fast forward; I called Brant at Lebanon Ford and he was awesome. We got there an hour before close on a Friday - and within an hour, he had done as much work for us as the other dealership had done in five hours. Brant worked to get the car we had found and wanted, transported to Lebanon Ford (closer to us), and by Saturday afternoon we were happy "new" car owners! Brant and the rest of the team we dealt with, worked quickly and worked very hard to get us in and out in an amazingly short amount of time, while also making sure we were well taken care of! I can't say enough good things about Brant and his team. They were very busy the weekend we went, yet we didn't wait long and we felt comfortable and assured the whole time that we were being well taken care of. Thanks guys!

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!

The Ford Explorer Platinum has a very beautiful exterior that has the look of a true SUV not a roller skate like some of the SUVS out there.
I worked with Bryan Hoying who was great to work with concerning the purchase of the car. He listened to what I needed/wanted in the car and gave me several options. The overall experience with Bryan was great from start to finish. Working with Simon who is the tech guy had the patience and answered all my questions concerning operating the car. I'm just going to list the issues. E-Brake cut wiring harness, garbage tires only lasted 17k miles, massaging seats malfunction, rear lift door works when it wants, the wind shield dressing left and right side cracked and they replaced it. Today the driver side window dressing flew off on the highway at 65 mph. Back fires when I punch it, transmission slips while going up hill. They did some recall repair while getting my oil changed and now my airbag light goes on and off. This was supposed to be a great SUV and it's completely garbage. This is the 2017 Limited 3.5 Twin Turbo model LEMON.
Tim has never let us down, fifth vehicle from him...This dealership is always honest, helps you save money and you have fun while you're there. Great job AGAIN!

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
We have worked with Tim Flanagan on 2 vehicle purchases. He has always been very polite, honest and fun to work with. He doesn???t just try to sell you a car, he really wants you to be happy with what you get. The entire sales staff goes above and beyond to make the whole experience as easy as possible. We will definitely come back here to buy our next Ford.

Ford Explorers have always been a dependable ride. Great ride, comfortable and all the options. Like the options of the AWD or 4 wheel drive at your fingertips.
