This Explorer has a lot of room. With the 3rd row seats folded down, I can place many items such a luggage, antiques, and more in the back. My favorite feature is the heated steering wheel. I have 4 young men in my family and we fit comfortably in the Explorer during road trips. The ride is smooth and quiet.
Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him too.

I have asked questions about the price, never got a reply. Seems like they have really good price though. I wish they can have a better customer service.

this care is an excellent choice for a busy family. very roomy, with third row seat if you need it. while practical, it is also well appointed with nice options such as heated rear seats and steering wheel. perfect compromise of practicality and luxury.
I worked with Jimmy to buy a used Ford Fusion Energi, and I cannot say enough good things about the car, process, salesman, and dealership. Although they made a mistake telling me I had a full warranty when I didn’t, they honored an issue I had with the car and fixed it for free. They pointed out a recall and fixed that, too. Truly great integrity, as they could have told me to take a hike for the one repair. Jimmy was very communicative and upfront. The dealer made a fair deal where both us walked away happy. If there is a car there that you like, go and talk to them. You’ll be glad you did.

I use this vehicle for so many things! From work, carting materials around for training and workshops, to hauling my kids and their friends to and from activities, to hauling my daughter's wheelchair and/or walker when she needs it-- the Explorer does everything I need it to do in perfect comfort, smooth ride and style. This is the second Explorer I have driven and this time we went with the Platinum package. It is insanely luxurious from the seats with built-in massage to the ability to change the color of your ambient lighting-- Ford has thought of it all!
I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.

Love the room this vehicle allows there is plenty of storage for my work product, and still has room for passengers. Exactly what I was looking for. The car is comfortable with a very nice ride.
The wait time is the worst. I have to wake up extra early every time I need to get an oil change trying to be the first in line. But the people are great! They try to help make your wait comfortable. They have free coffee and popcorn in the waiting area. I purchased my vehicle from this dealer less than a year ago and have been getting it serviced here since then.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Experience the same as always. Apart of the maintenance program through ford. Never knew I could go to any dealership for my maintenance. Overall good honest service.

Love the look, size, and performance. Hate Ford reliability and quality control. Here are a few of the problems we have had: Transmission went out at 5k miles, PTU (transfer case) literally blew up st 22k, radiator fans relaced at 15k, 2 set of xxx Hankook tires thst Ford insisted there was nothing wrong with them, then issued a TSB admitting there were problems with them, headlights developed stress crack, A/C vent broke st 20k, nattery went out in 2 years, sest upholstery clips constantly come undone, and a carbon monoxide recall.
I purchased my used Alfa Romeo back in June. When my SiriusXM radio turned off it caused some confusion since the dealer said I am getting a one year complimentary subscription. Turns out since my car was used, the radio trial was aging while the dealership owned the vehicle.
I was reached out to by Leanne and she was very helpful in fixing the situation. I know that having to deal with third parties can be difficult but she took the time and had the patience to discuss options with Sirius. I appreciate her efforts to make me happy and I was pleased to get the service I was originally promised.
I should also mention that I have never met Leanne and I did not buy my car from her. She was helping me because it was the right thing to do and I am a customer. Nothing in it for her!

The Explorer is great car with enough room for my family. The features in the car are awesome. Very comfortable ride. Would highly recommend the Ford Explorer.
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. Please, ask for Chris. You won't regret it.

What is the best experiences we have had in purchasing a car. Shannon was very helpful and we got the car we want. There was no pressure at all. This is the way carbines should be.

$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
I have purchased many vehicles throughout my lifetime and dealt with many dealerships. Then, about 14 years ago I found Bredemann Ford and made it my go to for service and new cars since. Mr. Ipjian is Marshall Field quality without question. Vehicle service and purchase used to be a major pain, with Bredemann it is become a rewarding and pleasant experience.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
My wife and I have purchased many cars from our salesman Paul Ipjian and have never had a bad experience. The entire staff from Management, sales and the service department always treat you with respect. I have had many dealings with Mr. Steve Travnik, Don Young and of course our salesman Paul Ipjian. There are numerous Ford dealers in this area but the respect and their ability to listen to our needs are one of the strongest assets they put forth. I would never entertain the idea of going anywhere else to buy a Ford. They are the most professional dealership that I have ever dealt with.
