My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.
My experience at Ron Tirapelli Ford was excellent! My salesman Javon and general sales manager Robert were very accommodating and patient. They made sure that they weren't only selling a car but building a relationship. WAY TO GO TIRAPELLI TEAM!!
I have a 2017 Escape with under 20k miles. It took 2 weeks to get my car in to replace a transmission pump of some sort. They said they'd need to keep the car a couple days, and did provide a loaner. Alex was very professional, friendly and polite. I got it back by the end of the 2nd day. Would have been nice if the car got washed tho.
We have purchased 2 vehicles at Tirapelli Ford, one new and one used. Both times our experience was smooth and painless. The sales people were informative and friendly. The finance manager worked with us to get us into the vehicles and off the sales lot.
I was really impressed with Webb Chevy .more so with the dealer Geleco gee Marchbanks he made my process in buying a car real easy and fun ,he not only went over all paperwork but also made sure I knew how to work everything in my car .I really appreciated especially coming all the way from Detroit .I would recommend this place and have been to everyone.

Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him too.
I was able to take my time looking and visited twice before finally deciding on the Outlander Phev. Both times I was greeted with friendly professionalism. Mike took time to help me understand all the features the car had and when I finally purchased the car a few days later, he went over them with me again to make sure I understood everything and had no questions left to ask. He connected my phone to the car so I can access everything through voice commands before we left and he even connected my daughter's phone so we can access her music. I'm not technically savvy so this was extremely helpful. I probably know more about the functions of this car than I do about my own smartphone thanks to Mike : ) He was incredibly patient and helpful.
It's really stressful for me to make such a large purchase but the staff at Max Madsen Mitsubishi Downers Grove (and the Outlander Phev) made this purchase go much easier. They were a pleasure to work with.
I had an appointment originally scheduled for a Monday at 10am but I was told at 8am that they had to cancel it because a mechanic called in sick. I informed them that I took off work for this appointment so they offered me a loaner and told me to pick it up on Tuesday before 845p and they will work on my vehicle on Wednesday morning. I was also told that I didn't have to worry about returning it with the full tank of gas that it had in it. Melissa text me almost daily to give me an update on my vehicle. She was always very professional, helpful and accommodating. My vehicle was serviced for a whole week and when she text me that it was ready she said they cleaned it up for me and I didn't have to pay the usual $100 deductible. I also had a thank you card waiting from Melissa and a small gift. This is the best service I have ever received in the 20 years I have owned vehicles. I love this dealership and will be back to purchase another Lincoln within the next couple of years and will have all of my services done here.
My experience at Napleton was great. Aj Wood gets 5 stars from me. Aj was understanding with everything, very friendly, and wasn???t pressuring me into getting anything. I told him where i wanted to be with my payments and they made it happen. I would Definitely recommend this dealership. All the staff were very friendly.
