2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Rick Hendrick City ChevroletReviews
Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet review
Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! I’ve spent the last 3ish months looking for a vehicle for my wife and gave Anthony Robinson a call among probably 10+ dealers nationwide while searching. We were looking at everything from Lexus and Toyota to Chevy and Cadillac with a lot of “non negotiables”. I felt we were probably difficult clients as options and preferences swayed constantly but Anthony kept pivoting as we did - something the other dealers we worked with did not. I know with our constant back and forth as well as nationwide car hunting with multiple dealers we probably lost the interest of other salespeople but Anthony stayed with us and didn’t take offense that we had other options for cars. We had a pretty hard deadline of the end of October but had to wait until mid September to buy while refinancing another place. I let everybody know from the get go about our timeline but Anthony was good about keeping us in the loop and understanding exactly what we were looking for (even though it changed so often). Everything he and his team did was top of the line and coming from multiple previous luxury cars and brands they went over the top in helping us out. Up until a week before purchase he was getting us quotes and finding inventory we hadn’t seen yet and finally swapped from a suburban to an Escalade, but Anthony had done such an incredible job we made sure to find one in the hendrick network and transfer it just because we wanted to work with him and nobody else. We can’t thank him enough for the seamless process, professional expertise, and cordial rapport throughout the whole ordeal. Would absolutely recommend him to anybody and would certainly look forward to working with him again
2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln review
Highly recommend Mark Ficken Ford! We just purchased a beautiful 2026 Ford Explorer and couldn?t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, we received the best hospitality of any dealership we?ve ever visited. They were fair, generous with our budget, and truly made the process enjoyable. Special thanks to our manager Ervin Jaimes and Ashton Jones, who provided an outstanding visit and made everything seamless. If you?re looking for a great buying experience, this is the place! You will be treated very well. ~ Alan and Gina
2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

Town & Country Ford review
My fiancé and I had one of the most pleasant car shopping experiences we have ever had. When we first arrived on the lot, no one raced to get to us, which gave us ample opportunity to look around (neither of us do well under high sales pressure). Once we were set on looking at a particular vehicle Edoardo met us outside and we all hit it off immediately. We test drove a 2025 Ford Explorer platinum and through the negotiations and dealings with the team and Eduardo we were able to take the beautiful SUV home. Eduardo and the whole team at town and country Ford of Charlotte went above and beyond and for that, we are happy Ford customers!

For a new or used car purchase, I would invite customers to ask for Mr. James Brown in sales. He is both knowledgeable about the product, clear about the transaction, mature and able to help you avoid the usual *noise* you find at most other dealerships. We were able to make a good deal on our new car with Mr. Brown’s expert assistance.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Scott Clark Toyota review
We went to the dealership to look at a used Gennisis sedan with only 25000 miles on it. After looking at the car we decided against it and began looking at the new flagship from Toyota. We purchased a 24 Crown, what a car. We had it for about 15 months now. No problems with it. The people we worked with were all very nice and pleasant. We've had the car serviced 1 time after about a year. The service people are nice as well. The one thing we are dissatisfied with is the navigation system. It shut off after a year and you have to purchase a subscription at a minimum of 15$ a month. We planned for this to be our last car purchase as we are seniors. So over the years it's going to cost us a few thousand dollars if we want navigation in our almost 60,000$ car. Boo Toyota, the top of the line should have a permanent navigation system. In comparison we have an 2017 Accura MDX that has a navigation system that doesn't require a on going subscription. I'm not sure if other Toyota models navigation system shuts down after a year but if they do the sales people should provide that info up front.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

I have owned Toyota and Honda vehicles for years. I love the space and comfort of my Ford Explorer. However I'm at 68k miles and just had to have my transmission rebuilt. If I didn't love the comfort and ride of this vehicle so much, I would trade it in tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed and praying this vehicle will hold out to 200k miles.

Hyundai of Union County review
I had a great experience working with Levi Roberts at Hyundai of Union County. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He made sure all my questions were answered and helped make everything smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a vehicle and want someone who genuinely takes the time to help, I highly recommend asking for Levi!
2015 Ford Explorer review
Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

Definitely worth checking out! Very responsive and very competitive pricing! Bought a car there and didn’t have any issues
2017 Ford Explorer review
Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

JTs Kia of Rock Hill review
Got an appointment for service quickly and the time of day I needed it. Car was done on time and got a free car wash! Very nice people and I convinced my wife to bring her Kia there as well. I got text messages along the way on progress and when the car was going to be ready. Overall great experience start to finish.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Hendrick BMWReviews
Hendrick BMW review
I arrived early for my appointment and I was greeted, as usual with a smile. Sal Seck was smiling, joyful and let me know that it was okay to be there early. Sal was a true professional. We had a conversation about the items that I saw effecting my car. He always takes his time explaining what they saw or did not see. He asked if I wanted to see the genius staff and I stated yes. I spoke to Cooper M who sat in my car going over the items that were not operating well. He took action and demonstrated functions in the car. Re-Connected my phone to the car. Cooper answered all of my questions. Finally, I spoke to the tire specialist Joe, and he took the time to provide pricing for my tires and looked at the tires to explain that they were not seasonal but run flats. He was basically in teaching mode about the tires! This Hendrick BMW dealership is always comfortable, the staff are always pleasant, and they have tasty snacks. The wait is usually a brief one and I never mind waiting.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.
