Berkshire Mazda review
I recently purchased an Audi SQ5 from Berkshire Mazda and had a great experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. They were very easy to negotiate with and made everything simple and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Jimmy Clark and Joey were both incredibly helpful, easygoing, and great to work with. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. If you're looking for a dealership that is friendly, fair, and easy to work with, I definitely recommend Berkshire Mazda. I’m loving my new car—thank you again for such a great experience!

2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Lombard Ford IncReviews
Lombard Ford Inc review
My experience with Lombard Ford was extraordinary. The website and online information are accurate and well organized. As a result, it is easy to shop for cars only and find a car that fits one's needs. In addition, it was straightforward to set up an appointment for a test drive. Our sales consultant Mark Jones was fantastic. He explained everything my wife and I needed to know regarding the car we were interested in detail. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He was transparent when describing the features he thought were important when buying a vehicle. The finance manager Mike Mans was phenomenal. He is exceptionally polite and trustworthy. The level of detail of his explanations was outstanding. He went above and beyond when discussing the multiple financing options available. He puts his clients first at all times. He was genuinely interested in understanding our situation and made enormous efforts to get the best deal for us. He will not give up on you. The buying process was smooth. Mark showed us the car in detail and gave us a tutorial on everything we needed to know about the vehicle. He took the time to help us connect our phones to the car, set up essential safety features and other essential aspects that helped us understand how to take advantage of all the available features. The car model we found in their dealership had all the features we were looking for for a price below the average for other Ford dealers. If you decide to buy a car from Lombard Ford, Mike will make sure you know every single detail in the contract, warranty, car maintenance and service, and much more. After we bought our car, the CEO Rob Lombard came to meet us. He was happy to know we had bought our vehicle and congratulated us. He expressed his gratitude for us choosing his dealership and offered help with anything we may need in the future. We had such a pleasant conversation. It made us even happier to have gotten our car from them. Lombard Ford is a true family, and they will make you feel welcomed and appreciated. I am highly impressed with how much they dedicate their time to provide the best experience to their customers. It has been the most outstanding business experience I have ever had. I highly recommend anyone considering buying a Ford vehicle to take the extra time to drive to Barkhamsted, Connecticut, and get to know this wonderful place.

2021 Ford Explorer review
I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

2018 Ford Explorer review
Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

2021 Ford Explorer review
First time Explorer owner, had an Expedition that I loved but it was too high for my wife, so it went to our son. The Explorer Limited is lower, but still higher than a crossover or sedan which helps my visability. Love the electronics but concerned that they will have problems later on so I purchased a dealer extended warranty (bumper to bumper) that is 10 years 125,000 additional miles for piece of mind. Car drives like a dream, is VERY comfortable, has more than enough power even with the 4cyl (used to V8's). Gas mileage even with 4WD is great (23 city and almost 29 highway) not climbing hills. We will see how it does when we go north.

Acura of Avon review
We have a long standing relationship with Mike Iacino at Acura of Avon. He makes it so easy to purchase a new vehicle. He knows his client and knows what that client would be happy with. Of course, we love the product so selling us a new car is easy! All the other salespeople, including the manager, are always warm and welcoming . And, you know that the Service Department will stand tall as well. I can't forget to mention Nissa Johnson in the Finance office. She is really the very best!
2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

2025 Ford Explorer review
Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

North East Ford review
We took our F 350 Superduty in for a NYS inspection and an oil change. John, our adviser in service pointed out we were due for fuel filter changes. So making sure the truck is properly maintained, we opted for the filter changes also. Because we were caught off guard on the filter change charges John cut us a little break on the price. We truly appreciated that. Once again, we were not disappointed with the service at Northeast Ford.

Johnson Ford of Pittsfield review
We were looking for the 2005 Anniversary Edition of the Thunderbird and Johnson Ford in Pittsfield MA had one on their floor for sale. I contacted them and everyone was very personable, honest, and customer service oriented. They assured me they would not sell it to anyone else and that we had first order/right of refusal. We live out of state and the sale went thru seamlessly. People who live around this dealership hopefully realize they have a "diamond in the ruff". This was the best car buying experience I ever had. Kudos to Steve & Chris at the dealership!!!

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Always great service with this dealership, have ben working with them for over 10 years. From sales to service has always been a great experience.
2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

Johnson Ford of PittsfieldReviews
Johnson Ford of Pittsfield review
We couldn't be happier with our experience at Johnson Ford in Pittsfield and the purchase of our new 2027 Ford Expedition Tremor. From start to finish, working with Bethany was an absolute pleasure. She was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable, taking the time to answer our questions and making sure we felt confident every step of the way. Her professionalism and personal approach to customer service truly stood out. One of the things that made our experience especially memorable was learning about the history of Johnson Ford. We were told that the dealership has been part of the Pittsfield community for approximately **110 years, spanning multiple generations of the Johnson family.** Unlike larger dealership groups with numerous locations, Johnson Ford is their one and only dealership, allowing them to focus their time and attention on their customers. That commitment is evident in the way they do business. What impressed us even more was that one of the owners personally took the time to visit with us each and every time we were there. That kind of personal attention says so much about the family behind the business and the values they continue to uphold. It's refreshing to find a dealership where the owners are genuinely involved and take such an interest in their customers. The entire staff was welcoming, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. There was a wonderful sense of teamwork and genuine pride in the dealership. We never felt like just another sale, but rather like valued customers whose experience truly mattered. We absolutely love our new Expedition Tremor, and we're equally pleased with the experience of purchasing it. It's easy to see why Johnson Ford has been a trusted part of the community for so many generations. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle, we wholeheartedly recommend Johnson Ford, and especially Bethany. She is a true asset to the dealership and made an already exciting purchase that much more special. Thank you to Bethany, the Johnson family, and the entire team for such a positive and memorable experience. You've certainly earned our trust, our appreciation, and our highest recommendation. **A well-deserved five stars!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2021 Ford Explorer review
The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!

2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

Irwin Automotive GroupReviews
Irwin Automotive Group review
Absolutely. I’d make the review emphasize the contrast without spending I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this service department. My son purchased a used vehicle about a month and a half ago from another dealership, and unfortunately, we quickly discovered that the vehicle had some very serious issues that never should have been overlooked before it was sold. From the moment I brought the car here, the experience has been completely different. The service department has been incredibly thorough, honest, patient, and helpful. They took the time to fully inspect the vehicle, explain exactly what they found in a way that I could understand, and even provided videos showing the issues they discovered. That level of transparency has meant so much, especially after the experience we had purchasing the vehicle. We are now dealing with a significant engine issue, and they have gone above and beyond to help us navigate the warranty process and are working directly with the warranty company in hopes of getting the engine replacement covered. They have kept me informed throughout the process and genuinely seem to be doing everything they can to help us find the best possible outcome. Buying your teenager a car and then finding out shortly afterward that it has major problems is incredibly stressful and frustrating. Having a service department that treats you with honesty, compassion, and respect makes such a difference. I truly feel like they are advocating for us rather than simply looking at us as another repair order. I am extremely grateful for the time, effort, communication, and care they have put into helping my son and me. Regardless of how everything ultimately works out with the warranty, the level of service we have received has been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this service department to anyone looking for a place they can trust. Thank you for making a very difficult situation a little easier for us!

Shaker's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Shaker's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I recently purchased my very first Jeep from Shaker’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I could not have had a better experience! While I’ve purchased vehicles from other Shaker dealerships in the past, this was my first time working with this particular location, and the entire team was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful, extraordinarily friendly, and genuinely made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I knew what I was looking for, and they went above and beyond to find the right Jeep for me. What impressed me even more was how smoothly they handled everything knowing that I live out of state. They were able to get the Jeep to me and made what could have been a complicated process feel completely seamless. From the sales team to everyone else I interacted with at the dealership, the level of customer service was exceptional. They made me feel like they were just as excited about my first Jeep as I was! I will absolutely be keeping in touch with the team at Shaker’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I will gladly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone I know in Connecticut who is looking for a new vehicle. Thank you to the entire team for making my first Jeep purchase such a great experience. You have definitely earned a repeat customer!
2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

A Better Way WholesaleReviews
A Better Way Wholesale review
Today, purchased the 2013 Nissan Juke, 112,600 mile for $9,995 today. It will be ready Wednesday or Thursday this coming week. My sales person Amy was excellent. She knew I had a firm budget (retired) and she found two great vehicles to test. The Jeep I could have taken home today with less milage... a little older, however, Jeep mph versus the Juke..., Nissan won even with higher mileage. So far, I'm "a HAPPY CAMPER"! I can't foresee any problems from now until pick-up. So, I'd say, if you need a reliable used car, Amy is knowledgeable and, in spite of the packed waiting room with eager customers, we were never abandoned. Note; yes, the sales people had to multi-task at times. Understand, at these reduced prices, compared to any dealerships for used cars... Patience, just a little patience - and you'll be treated right too. All the best to customers in need of a new used vehicle!

I had a great experience dealing with Michael Kather at Shakers CDJR during the purchase of my 2019 Jeep Cherokee back in late October 2021. He was very patient and made arrangements to have a few cars pulled for test drives despite the cramped space as the dealership is going through a big renovation process. During the purchase process there were some snags that he was very helpful in resolving and got the deal done. I am a very satisfied customer and can confidently recommend asking for Michael when shopping at Shakers!

2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.
