My sales rep was Qalil and was very helpful. Everyone was friendly. The only thing was towards the end where I guess there was a misunderstanding on our deposit being given back but overall good experience.
Daniel Janus was our sales rep and was extremely helpful with information, answered our questions and helped make the process easy. He also followed through and found the second key and the code for the door. I was so pleased that he called back on Monday morning like he said he would with the information we needed. Would go back again.
I went to Bob Thomas Ford looking for a new car after twelve years in my Explorer. I worked with Colby who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Bob Thomas also met with me to welcome me to the dealership and let me know he was at my service. I expected to leave with a certified pre-owned Explorer. Colby showed me the new Flex with the eco-boost engine and I was sold. No high pressure sales, just great service.
Wow - what a great experience! Drove an Edge and MKZ No pressure. Leased the MKZ. Cathy Reed was the reason - Best salesperson ever, honest, fair, no hocus pocus. Gave me all the details and did not push me one way or the other. Then after all the papers were signed - thanks Manny - in under 45 minutes - Cathy gave me the instructional tour of my new car - she spent an hour going over EVERY detail and was patient while I learned everything this car has to offer me. Best dealer experience we have had in 40 years. Mike Talarico was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Cindy B. , the finance manager, is a force of nature. It was surreal watching her speed and efficiency in arranging the registration transfer, title transfer and insurance transfer at 5:00 on a Saturday. I wish Shaker had stores in the Hartford area.
This is the second car I have bought with Cathy. She is lovely to work with and is very straight forward. I arrived at the dealership to look at the vehicle with a sleeping toddler and a newborn. She ran back and forth from her desk to my car to work out purchase information. I really wanted to send pictures of the undercarriage to my mechanic, at 5:30 at night she got my car onto a lift and allowed me to drive into the service area to take photos. She is awesome.
Cathy Reed is the best.We have been going to her for nearly 30 years now and plan on going to her until the day I die or she retires, whichever comes first. I can' think of a better testimonial than that. Enough said.
After months of searching for a mustang GT, I purchased one from Shaker's. I had visited several other dealerships and test drove several cars. My initial contact was by email with Rodrigo Gallardo. He sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in and I stopped by to look at the vehicle later that day. Everyone was friendly and it was a nice atmosphere. The negotiations were quick and there was non of those long down times where you just sit around like other dealerships. Once a deal was in place they handled all the paperwork and I picked the car up the next night. It was one of the few times that after buying a car I didn't feel like I left anything on the table.
I recently traded in my lease for a new vehicle and Hayden was amazing! He made it painless and easy and I felt like he was really working for me. He’s personable and not your stereotypical “cars salesman .” Thanks again!
I've used the service department several times and have been very pleased each time, though one time they changed my license name plate without my permission which did not make me happy.
Regarding their used car buyingnprocess, they have a good selection of cars but I found them to be OVERPRICED.
I nelong to am Explorer forum amd after having sveral peoblems with my 2016 Explorer Sport, I decided to purchase the extended warranty. Lombard Ford had the best pricing so I have them a call Emma was awesome on the phone and made it a quick and easy experience. I couldn???t have asked for anything more.
Betsy and Barbara are two professional, caring and very helpful people. I had a very bad experience at Torrington Ford. They helped me figure out what was going on. They even saw that I had no extended warranty which I paid for on my contract. Torrington Ford never added it on. If it wasn't for them, I would of been without any warranty. Thank you so very much!!!
