we could not have found a nicer group of people. Ashley tried to help us with our truck first. he was honest and forthright about it so we decided the best thing to do was trade for a new one since we were away from home.Staniey Thornton sold us anew truck. Exceptionallly nice and helpful. I would buy from him again in the future.

2020 GMC Acadia review
For the most part I am happy that I bought my 2020 GMC Acadia however I cannot believe they did not provide a locking gas door and there's no gas cap therefore my car is 100% exposed to people who might want to steal gas out of the car and I'd like to add they trim the back size there was no need to do that it would have provided much more room appreci ate it if the sides and the top went straight back instead of contoured aside from those two things again as I said before I'm very happy to own and drive my 20/20 GMC Acadia thank you.

Mazda of Fort Myers review
Hi guys, my name is Edmund. A. I’ve been dealing with Sofia Jones from Fort Myers Mazda very early this morning and she’s been absolutely awesome. Besides being friendly, professional and knowledgeable, she was able to give me all the information I was searching on the Vehicle that I’m about to purchase. I have to tell you without Sofia being in there. I don’t think I would’ve made the purchase She’s a great asset to Fort Myers Mazda dealership. If I could I would take her to my company … Her personality is just perfect for this line of work thank you Sofia for all your help
2025 GMC Acadia review
I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

Lorenzo Buick GMC review
I drove to Florida, started having some trouble, I was told by another (Dealership) that I needed a new battery after having the battery checked out. I made an appointment to go to Lorenzo‘s buy a fantastic customer service young lady by the name of Yolie handled me very well as she assisted me very good customer service once I get there I will submit by Christopher who took my car who had my car taken in the back they tested. The battery said I needed a charge. They charged it up now. The battery is reading good so I thank God for the people that was there. There wasn’t trying to just take my money. They actually helped thank you
2021 GMC Acadia review
Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

AutoNation USA Wesley Chapel review
Really had an A+ experience with this dealer. Preston in sales was excellent. Super nice young man and very professional.. Turns out we were his first sale and I thought he did an excellent job. Pedro (one of the managers there) was also excellent as was Matthew, in the finance dept. What impressed me most was that they weren?t pushy sales people just very easy to do business with.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Mike and Maxim were the best! If you are in the market for a Hyundai, Doug's is place. I love my Ioniq!
2021 GMC Acadia review
Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

On a scale of 1 to 10 our sales person Dennis & his assistant, Sydnie Ward, are 11s. From the moment we walked through the door until we drove home with our new Chevy Trax, they answered every question we had and treated us like gold. Additionally, even after our purchase, Sydnie met with my wife and I the next day to educate us on all of the car's technology, help us set up our phones in conjunction with the car's system and went over and beyond ensuring we were comfortable with everything! 5 STARS +++++

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

Shaheen Chevrolet review
I had an excellent experience working with Brent when purchasing my car. From the beginning, he was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything, provided detailed information, FaceTimed with me, and sent videos so I knew exactly what I was purchasing. Since I was traveling from another state, his honesty, communication, and attention to detail gave me the confidence to make the trip to the dealership. He even picked me up from my hotel and made the entire process easy and smooth. Brent was a big reason I decided to purchase the car from the dealership. He went above and beyond from start to finish, and I truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend working with Brent Cram!
