I brought my Sequoia in for a routine service since it was over 7 months since my last service. My service advisor was Lyndon De Vera. He pulled up details of my last service, and quickly determined I just needed an oil change and not a tire rotation. During the service they noticed that my drivers side wiper was in need of replacement - something that I'd forgotten about. Lyndon also got me a quote to replace a piece of broken trim.
I never thought I would get an audi because I used to heard a lot of concerns about euro auto qualities. I almost got a TLX, just because I was not sure about the leasing deal yet, I was about to come back to Acura next day with some study. However, somehow we stopped at Audi to give a first ever try on Audi A4, yes, that was the fun time started. Anyway, we ended up at Audi Fremont for the color/configuration we were looking for. We were so lucky that Dante got us first. He shared many knowledge and experiences with us to help us to make decision. Unlike other sale folks, Dante did never show any hint to rush the deal to his customer. Even better, he gave us a good deal already when we were ready for the quote to begin with. It seems Dante just enjoy his work more than selling stuff. At the time I drop my A4 off, we become friends. I strongly recommend Audi Fremont if you are looking for an audi product, and you shall go to Mr. Dante Kanki whom you can trust for sure.

I appreciated the ride home and especially the pick up at my home to take me back to the dealer to pick up my car. That was extremely helpful. Service advisors (Dan this time) are always courteous, friendly and helpful.
The initial diagnosis by the Service Advisor given confusing symptoms was eventually confirmed by more complete in-shop diagnosis. The real problem was more serious than the seemingly simpler symptom (cabin heater not working) and expensive to repair, but it would have been even more expensive if it had not been diagnosed correctly at the time.
My service representative was very informative about what they would be doing with my car to solve the problem. He stated they would have to keep it for 4-6 hours to discover the problem. Every step of the way he kept me informed of what they were finding.
Coming from someone who is in the customer service field I truly appreciate and honor quality customer service. My situation was not a easy one by any means but (Scott) was able to get me the JEEP of my dreams at a affordable price with convenient monthly payments that are within my planned budget! Would definitely recommend Century Auto to anyone looking for a quality vehicle to purchase at an awesome rate from a trustworthy, respected, and legit Car dealer. A+++ experience. I have now Idea why this dealer ship is so underrated , this dealership , went way and beyond our expectations , the price and service was right , I was in and out in 45 min buying a new car , I worked with ALi from sales and his manager Sami thank you both .
