2015 Honda Accord review
Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

I was shopping for a very specific Corvette convertible and found a 2006 available at South Street Autos. Since I am from central New Jersey and was facing a 3 hour 25 minute drive to Maryland(according to Mapquest), each way, I called hoping to get some information about the car that was not listed on the website. Wayne was extremely helpful and courteous on the phone, answering all my questions. Most cars look great on the internet and then you get there and it's not what you expected or hoped for. Wayne and John were totally upfront and honest about the car. They were very understanding of how far away I was and were kind enough to pre-negotiate the price on the phone (most dealers would not do this) and provide me with an "out the door" price so that all I had to do was make the drive there and hope it was everything they said it was. Well, I made the trip and it was as beautiful in person as it looked online and was EXACTLY as they had described it. Because we worked out a price that was fair to everyone and the car was what I was "sold" on the phone, I bought the car on the spot and am thrilled with my purchase and the quality of the car. I would definitely make the 6-7 hour round trip again to buy a car from them, it was well worth it! Thank you for your honesty and fairness!

2010 Honda Accord review
This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

2009 Honda Accord review
First car I've owned with no issues, not even one! Drives nice, heated seats were a nice feature too. Lots of trunk space and very roomy if you have 4-5 people in the car also.

2023 Honda Accord review
My wife was in the market for a New Accord for over a year. Last year we almost bought the 2022 LX (She loves cloth seats). She was so happy she waited. The Meteorite Gray is a beautiful color and the car is perfect in every way. Looks, features, fuel efficiency. Even the tires are Michelin. Her only complain. Front pasenger seat is too low. That is it!!

2004 Honda Accord review
I have owned a honda accord since 1989. I still own my 2004 V6 coupe it's still very reliable, it's my back up car. I own a 2018 accord too. My 1989 accord lasted 360,000 miles before I got a 2000 accord. Great cars. The body needs painting from CA sun ruining it after 20 years but it will cost too much to repaint! But I still drive it!

The only issue I had with mine was the led taillights that didn’t always work properly and it was frustrating because they would work perfectly for a while but started having some of the led lights would appear out and give the impression of a problem with them

yes my car has 2014 miles on it just bought it from the auction the car was dealer kept from day one the car is in mint condition in and out i took it to the dealer and they love the car and said no problems you should get 300.000 miles out of it. it is dark gray color and black .i will be driving 6000 miles a year. so dont let the miles fool you. no oil leaks i have all the service records one owner. i said its in mint condition

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

2003 Honda Accord review
Amazing car, but the door windows are so large, even the slightest bit of being rolled down blows rear passengers away! Not to mention the back glass causes the rear passengers a bit of a sun burn as well! Also, the clear coat on the car literally disintegrated within a few years, even with proper care. Other than that, the Vtec is a nice feature, power everything is also nice.

June 30, 2026 It was Sunday June 28, 2026 at about 10:30 PM at night on our drive home to Illinois when we experience a brake system failure, there was a loud squealing on the rear brakes without even stepping on it and then later was a loud grinding noise. Since I had my family of four with me, and for the safety of everyone, I decided to exit the nearest town and drop off the van to the nearest available Honda dealer service center. Drop it off, hoping that it will get fixed the next day. The Honda dealership was Herson’s Honda at Frederick, Maryland. Herson's Honda - New & Used Honda Dealership That night, there were already 12 cars dropped off ahead of us and I was the 13th drop off. I took the chance and will just wait for the car to be fixed the next day. We stayed in a nearby hotel and rented a car near the Honda dealership. MONDAY Morning, My wife and I drive to Honda the next morning to check the repair status of the van. My overall experience with Herson’s Honda was more than I expected. It was outstanding! 1. Cleanliness: area is clean and organized. 2. Staff: I was immediately welcomed by one of the service advisors and was directed to the service advisor who was assigned to my car. 3. Service Advisor: his customer service was outstanding from start to finish. His name is JAMES SPRADLIN. 4. Empathy: James understood my feelings and frustration and concerns and the need to drive the family home but theres other customers who were ahead of me with appointment. But James constantly monitored repairs in progress. The next day i received a text from Honda dealership of possible repair and parts to be ordered asap. 5. James constantly provided me an update thru the app. I like that app. Shows all, cost, diagnosis and the choice to accept repairs or not. Thank you James. It was really helpful to relieve a lot of stress and worries if the car will be fixed soon OR get stuck in Maryland. 6. Service and Repair: Diagnosis and recommendations were was as I expected. Technicians were honest and did a good repair on the brakes. It also did more damage to tue caliper which I also suspected. 7. Cost was regular labor and parts. No issues with it. Lives and safety are more important and irreplaceable. Money can be replaced. 8. TUESDAY June 30, the job was completed Tuesday evening. UPDATE: its almost 600 miles since we left Herson’s Honda and the van is rolling great. had no issues. Thank you all especially to James OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and the honest technicians diagnosis which were all correct! God bless you all. 5 stars to Herson’s Honda at Frederick, Maryland. I've had two excellent experiences with Shockley Honda when buying a car from them. The first was a little over a year ago and the second experience was last week. I found an excellent 2018 CR-V at a very reasonable price, but had a disabled trade-in over 65 miles away. Shockley not only gave me a fair amount for the trade-in, but also arranged to both deliver my "new" vehicle and pick up the "old" vehicle, saving me quite the effort to arrange things otherwise. My sales guy was Chris Collinson and handled everything from start to finish. There was no high-pressure sales or hidden add-ons. There was no pressure to use their financing when I told them I had my own. I appreciate the respectful way I was treated. It really seemed like I was his only customer that day when I knew I wasn't. Plus, it didn't stop there! Chris made the delivery from Frederick to Parkville himself and has followed up with me to make sure all is well and that I am happy with the car and his service. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Team Schaumburg, keep up the great work, each of you understand the true meaning of Customer Service, and that is important to some customers like me who still cherish old school values.
2018 Honda Accord review
You have to get the 2.0T and not the 1.5L. They hold way higher values while also being an absolute blast to drive with a large aftermarket community for this vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hailstorm, and after quite a bit of reserch this is the only vehicle I would buy again.

2023 Honda Accord review
Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

2024 Honda Accord review
Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

My wife and I were considering a Subaru Forester Touring model. Our salesman answered all our questions and met all our requests which included having him drive us in the Forester over rough roads at some speed and again at slow speeds in stop and go traffic. He also arranged to meet our request to have the car for 24 hours so we could drive it on the highway and on Capitol Hill were we live. We can also report that the finance department was efficient and quick to provide us with pricing. Beyer's price and financing were very competitive. Finally, the facility itself is clean, spacious and modern. All together, a very pleasant shopping experience. Our salesman was Vesko Pashpurov. He was great. We have yet to decide whether or not to purchase the Forester or the Crosstrek.

2018 Honda Accord review
My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.
