If i could give more than 5 stars I would. Walked in & out in reasonable time I loved the format of this service center because yes i could track my car service live on app but i could also track from service waiting area as well. Went back for car detailing (interior, my 1st for any car)

MemberCarReviews
MemberCar review
We live about 3 hrs from MemberCar. They were very helpful in sending pictures I requested of the vehicle and even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before we visited. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. On the way home, 2 hrs into the return trip we encountered and issue. Rob assured us they would make it right. We were able to take the vehicle to our garage to fix and MemberCar reimbursed. I have bought many used cars in my life but have never experience a dealership like MemberCar where they made sure we were completely satisfied with the vehicle. I would definitely make the trip again for another vehicle.

Exceptional service, answered all my questions about the vehicle I was interested in buying. Very knowledgeable about history of vehicle, and provided detailed records and history of service, maintenance, and other important information. Never rushed me and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. I will be recommending Top Motors to all my friends and family. They also have a company right next door (Top Aesthetics) that specializes in PPF, wraps, window tint and much more. I will definitely be visiting Sal, Anthony, and their entire family in the future. Don’t hesitate buying a car from here, honest dealership with great prices, friendly service, and amazing vehicles. Thanks again Sal and Anthony!

Was looking for a hard to find mid size pickup with manual transmission and found one here at a good price. Kevin was very good to deal with and made the buying process very pleasant. No pressure. Was surprised a 30 day warranty was included since most dealers of this type mostly sell “as is”. Drove truck 150 miles home and for several weeks with no issues. Dealer fee is very reasonable and Kevin actually knocked the price down to where the fee was basically waived. I was impressed with their inventory - they appeared to have only quality used vehicles.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

Was researching and looking for a used car for my daughter for a month. Seen the perfect car pop up on Heritage Honda website. Went in on a Saturday and was greeted by Eyo. Eyo enthusiastically was able to show us the car, arrange the test drive, and handle everything from start to finish. Was thoroughly impressed with how everything was handled from the car showing through the financing. Would definitely recommend Eyo and Heritage Honda for your new and used car buying needs.
