Lithia Volkswagen of Des MoinesReviews
Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
I recently needed some service done. After VW Lithia confirmed that my water pump, thermostat, and housing needed to be replaced, they took care of it and even offered to keep my car so they could do the service as soon as they had time, which was appreciated. I have the Certified Pre-Owned warranty on the car and everything was taking care of in a professional and expedited manner without cost to me. A special thanks to Emrah Tabakovic who was extremely helpful, kept me up to date as much as possible and provided care free transportation for me, all the way to Pella. The next day Emrah also provided transportation back to Lithia when my car services was completed. As icing on the cake I received a simple but attentive "complementary car wash". I also really appreciated that the sales person I bought the car through came over to me to make sure all was well and I was being taken care of, Sejad Dubinovic was that sales person and I appreciate his personal approach very much. Cars can, and will be, expensive and, sometimes, a pain to deal with. Lithia Volkswagen has been very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help me whenever I needed them and I recommend Sejad and Emran for their openness, honesty and customer service.

DELLA Mitsubishi review
I bought my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in June od 2026. The car had higher mileage than I wanted but the price was good and the car was in great shape. In October of the same year I found i needed new brakes, ouch. My sales man Mike Carter said he'd go to bat for me. I made no appointment just brought it up too I might add. Mike told me that there was no bill, said his boss didn't hesitate at all about the cost. I was so relieved. Thank you Mike and thank you to the great team that helped me get my car in and new brakes put on with no bill and no appointment in a few hours. You will always have my business. Diana Aintrazi

Tony of fred beans, was very helpful at getting us the brand and style car we wanted, my husband is happy with it. Dave Tony's boss was so helpful too, he made the transition so easy we were able to leave our vehicle their and drive all the way home in the car my husband really likes.

Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

Just had a very positive car buying experience at Yankee. From my super helpful sales rep (Mike Dicenso) to master-class finance officer (Nate Brown), the experience was smooth and glitch-free. Yankee's attitude of 'customer first' is evident in everything they do. Thank you Mike & Nate for a first-class bar buying experience.

I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars! Our sales lady Melissa and also Mike made the buying process so easy and smooth. They got everything completed online for us. Charlie in finance was also the most amazing finance person we have ever worked with buying a car, he stayed in constant communication and answered any questions we had. Melissa even went out of her way to personally deliver our new car to us over 2 hours away. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family they gained a life long customer. Thank you to everyone there!
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

White Bear SubaruReviews
White Bear Subaru review
Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

Towne Toyota review
In 2024 I went to town Toyota and bought a Toyota Corolla cross. I had a great experience and absolutely loved my car. Last week while driving home someone crossed the double yellow lines and hit me head on. My son myself and my dog all walked away from the crash and I believe it was due to the excellent safety precautions that Toyota has. I went back to town Toyota and this experience was even better than the first. My sales rep Dan Decker far exceeded my hopes and expectations. Thanks to him I now own a 2026 Toyota Corolla cross XLE. The dealership and it's Salesforce and its service department are above reproach. Thank you guys!

Ecodrive Automall review
the finance manager walked me through the extended warranty options honestly, including which one she thought was a waste of money for my mileage. I bought the cheaper one. appreciated that more than she probably knows
2024 Honda CR-V review
My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

Hazleton HondaReviews
Hazleton Honda review
I was hesitant at first since it's a new car dealership, but this place is absolutely amazing. Very friendly, understanding and kind people, beautiful new cars and good prices for them. I got a Pre-Owned vehicle, and it's like it was brand new off the lot! Runs perfect and all. If you go here, I'd *highly* recommend Kathleen "Kat" Warner; she's very kind and patient, and answers all your questions, even via phone! They also took my old 2006 car as a trade-in for value, despite how bad it was, and someone from the garage even helped remove the plate that had a stripped screw. The sales manager is very kind and friendly as well, answered all of our questions, too! Absolutely excellent service all around. Thank you all so much over at Hazleton Honda/Hyundai!

These are the best sales guys I’ve ever dealt with! They busted their tails to close the deal and make sure I was happy. Thank God and the whole team, I drove home with my new addition to the family.
