McGrath Honda of St. CharlesReviews
McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
McGrath Honda has been part of our family’s story since 2013, when we moved to the area with our 2011 Odyssey. Over the years, they’ve earned our trust, so when it was time to upgrade to a 2023 Odyssey, we didn’t think twice about returning. This year brought an unexpected financial setback, and we had to make the tough decision to sell our 2023 Odyssey. Jason and Rene treated us with compassion and patience, offering a buy‑back price that genuinely helped us through a difficult moment. We still needed a vehicle, so we chose a certified 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Giovanni guided us through several test drives without rushing us, and the used car manager, Aldo, made sure we got a fair deal. The finance team—Muhammed and Bryan—was just as supportive. They understood how important it was for us to receive our refund quickly, and although they estimated a couple of weeks, the check arrived in only three days! McGrath Honda didn’t just sell us cars—they supported us when we needed it most. No games, no pressure, just honesty and respect. Because of them, we were able to get through a financial hurdle while still driving a dependable vehicle. We’ll continue going to McGrath for anything Honda‑related. They’ve earned our loyalty many times over.

Andres was exceptional Hadn’t planned on buying that day was just starting to look for my best. option and he created one for me I’ve been a loyal CRV owner for 17 years and this CRV should last me till they take my keys or I go home to my Heavenly Father . So many safety features for a driver and comfort as well. Andre’s sent a video as soon as I put out a request and has followed up with me at least 3 times since my purchase to see if I need any help I love my new car and all it has to offer

Carson Honda review
spoke to Fernando first time when buying a car before talking to rest of the car dealers. He was really with me for all the decisions I took and guided me to make right choice. Also respected my personal choices , even though it was not buying the honda car itself in the beginning which was really rare to see in todays day no gimmicks here for sure. I wish I would have listened to him in first time which could have saved me some more gigs by going with his suggestions later at that price and trim. Glad to do business with him again.

I purchased a new car from them recently. The Good: They worked with me on a difficult trade in situation. They had inventory The salesman was honest about the value of going with a CRV Touring vs an EXL trying to save us some money. The Bad The dealer add-ons were not on paper. So I had no idea I paid extra for some things that I probably would not have paid for until I sent emails back and forth. I reached out to them and we discussed the difference and ultimately they offered to make it better and didn't blow me off. Which means they are trying to do well by their customers. I will just warn you to make sure they fully disclose the sticker vs what you are paying.

Jose was great to work with, this was probably the shortest amount of time I’ve been in a dealership. Showed up on Saturday evening and test drove the car was there about 20-30 minutes, contacted them by phone Monday and I did everything I could do over the phone then got there after work Monday and was there 30 minutes finalizing everything. Out of those 30 minutes we did have to wait 10 because Jose was already with another customer. A no pressure environment and very nice people.

AutoNation Honda 104Reviews
AutoNation Honda 104 review
We were helped by Caiden. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone. We were completely underwhelmed with the 4 runner. It felt cheap. Neither my parter nor I had ever owned a Honda. Didn’t know a lot about them. When we drove the Passport, absolutely blown away. Solid build, quiet. Very comfortable interior. Rear air conditioning was high on our list of must haves. Nothing else we looked at came close to the Passports rear air power or controls. We’re about 2k miles in now. Averaging around 19-20mpg. It’s the only vehicle in this class we found without a turbo or a supercharger. We were thrilled about that. While those have their advantages, they also have serious repair costs and premium fuel requirements to keep running. We didn’t want that again. We are EXTREMELY happy with our purchase. We were treated VERY fairly at this dealership and we really enjoyed our salesperson. We had a good experience in finance as well. There was zero high pressure tactics here. Start to finish. I saved $6k by buying from them over a different dealer. If you’re in the market for a car, you are only doing yourself a disservice by not at least talking to Caiden at Autonation Honda. DRIVE the Passport!!!

I had a pleasure of dealing with Edgar Sr and Edgar Jr. The dealer was the only one who wanted to work with me on the popular cr-v hybrid sport touring. The price was superior and service was impeccable. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Honda!

We bought 2015 Honda CRV in 2016. Great car, Driving experience and routine maintenance increases car life. Every time take to my car for maintenance, always given honest advice and I respect their services. Only thing that is little expensive service cost. Still I would recommend to take it to them to fix the car.

I went in for a test drive. I’d called ahead and the vehicle (CR-V hybrid) was pulled up front and ready to go. A quick interaction with the manager and the salesman (which may have gone faster because I was already in their system from a prior visit) and we were off on a good test route. The salesman, Sasha, was knowledgeable about his product and easy to converse with, and asked good questions to get a feel for what I was looking for. No hard sell. If all dealership interactions were this efficient, effective and pleasant people would feel more positively toward dealership relationships.

Ourisman took care of the issues with my car, kept me informed, and provided a loaner car while my car was worked on.
