Elite Auto SalesReviews
Elite Auto Sales review
I recently had a great experience with Elite Auto Sales and wanted to share how smooth the process was from start to finish. The team was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with—no pressure, no games, just honest communication. What stood out most was how transparent they were throughout the entire deal. Everything was clearly explained, and there were no surprises when it came time to finalize paperwork. They respected my time and made the process efficient, which I really appreciated. The vehicle selection was solid, and the staff took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I felt confident in my decision. It’s not always easy to find a dealership that balances professionalism with a relaxed, customer-first approach, but Elite Auto Sales definitely delivered. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience.

Being new to this area, we were delighted to find a Honda dealership with the quality of the Kadlec dealership! Luckily, we found Brad Dahl as our service agent & I am very grateful for such an experienced, understanding, helpful & responsible agent! I am a typical elder, very UNknowedgeable hybrid owner/driver, & Brad Dahl has gone above & beyond to help me maintain & understand my exceptionally excellent Honda hybrid magical road machine! Thanks to Brad & Kadlec I am still driving strong & happy on these crazy, busy Minnesota roads! Thank you Kadlec & your understanding, helpful, wise representative, Brad Dahl!

Performance Kings Honda review
I went to Performance Honda for an oil change. My advisor Paul, kept me informed regarding the progress of my service, and also informed me that I had an outstanding recall, which was done during my visit. Paul was very polite, and patient. He represents the true meaning of the words “Customer Service”. Way to go Paul!!!
2018 Honda Pilot review
We were looking for a mid-size SUV because getting in and out of my 2014 Honda Accord was getting a little difficult. We found this Pilot Elite and got a good deal, and the car is hitting on all cylinders. Yes, we will get lower gas mileage, but the more comfortable ride and higher seating position are worth it.

We scheduled some warranty work with Joe in the service dept. He explained what they were going to do and why it was important to keep up with this service. When they were finishing up, he advised of a couple of filters that were very dirty and needed to be changed. He provided good communication throughout the work. Overall we are very pleased with the whole Tom Hodges team.

Honda of Chantilly review
We just bought a new CR-V from Honda of Chantilly, and we highly recommend the dealership and salesmen Will and Dio. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They didn't pressure us to decide, but when we did, they moved quickly to get the car ready and the paperwork completed. We were also impressed with Rebecca, the finance manager; Alex, a sales manager; and Jamal, the general manager. All are top-notch professionals. If we need another vehicle, we'll go back to this dealership.

Federico Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I have been a repeat customer at Federico for more than five years at this point and they continue to go above and beyond for me that keeps me coming back. I am a brand new mom and recently was informed my Jeep has a recall. I reached out to Colton and not only did he get me scheduled, but he offered to take my car in for me since I live close and so I could keep my baby at home. We are customers for life all thanks to Colton!!

Cox Mazda review
Always wonderful to deal with. My grandson needed a car on an emergency basis. The dealership stepped up to the plate and made it happen in less than 24 hours. His mother bought a car there too a couple of years ago and was given the same wonderful service. With Cox folks in your corner you can’t go wrong. They go above and beyond for their customers!!!

CarMax RaleighReviews
CarMax Raleigh review
Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Finally, I know I will come in buy my own used car in the future when my Honda Fit finally gives out. Thanks again, Carmax!
