Very friendly, courteous and accommodating. I was helping my grandson car shop but he made a decision on a different vehicle. I liked the car so much that I almost bought it for myself.
2025 Honda Pilot review
Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
My name is Danny Lee. I am a currently serving Grayson BMW as a Service Advisor and will soon migrate to Grayson Genesis. It has come to my attention that Jordan Coleman has been newly designated as the Fixed Operations Director for Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I applaud this dealer for recognizing the unmistakable quality of the asset they now have on their team. I have known Jordan for the entirety of his decorated career in the automotive industry which spans over the last 15 years. We've done and run business together in numerous facets each with our client base as the focal point in every environment thus far. We were given sage advice early on by those wiser than us. "Take care of people, and the rest will follow" has been our mantra & will continue to be so long as we are in positions to serve our communities. I am eager to see the energy and drive that Jordan brings to the table through servant-leadership cascade outward toward his new team and all those who allow them to earn their business. I can confidently say that the culture there is about to receive a potent upgrade.

Superior Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Of Siloam SpringsReviews
Superior Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Of Siloam Springs review
I had an amazing experience buying my Scat Pack Widebody at Superior Dodge, thanks to Ben and Craig! Ben was professional, honest, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure the car I drove a long distance for was exactly what I wanted and in the condition I was hoping to find. I felt heard, respected, and taken care of every step of the way. Ben never made assumptions about a woman coming in to buy a Scat—he treated me like a fellow enthusiast and we had a great conversation about cars in general. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free, and I drove off with total confidence and appreciation for him, in a car that I absolutely love. Huge shoutout to Craig in finance as well! He made the paperwork painless and was just as committed to making the process easy and transparent. If you're looking for a team that truly cares about your experience and will go the extra mile to make it right, ask for Ben and Craig at Superior Dodge. Highly recommend! P.S. Ben—I beat my first of many Mustangs today 😉 Loving every minute in this beast. Thank you!

Richardson MotorsReviews
Richardson Motors review
I just traded my 8 year old pick-up for a 2026 GMC Sierra Denali. This was my 21st new car purchase I've made in my life. My experience at Richardson Motors made this experience the best I've ever had. I stumbled on to this dealership looking for a specifically optioned truck and one very similar to what I was looking for came up in my search. I learned the dealership was in Dubuque, IA and I have a neighbor that is from there. I reached out to him and he put me in touch with a personal connection he has at the dealership. The truck I was looking at was on the website, but already spoken for, as I found out when I contacted my neighbor's connection. However, I was asked if I would give them the opportunity to source one for me and, if so, were there any changes I would want from the truck I was looking at. I said there were 3 small changes I'd like if I could order one exactly as I wanted. Long story short, they located the EXACT truck I wanted with those changes, made it very easy to agree on a purchase price and the value of my trade, had the truck shipped into their dealership in a day's time and the team took excellent care of my wife and I in all aspects of the transaction when we made the 3 hour drive down to Dubuque. When the time comes to make my 22nd new car purchase, you can be sure that Richardson Motors will be my first choice in securing that next ride.

Classic Ford ColumbiaReviews
Classic Ford Columbia review
Overall, the car buying experience was decent due to pleasant salespeople. However, the manager/finance department did try to add in a lot of extra fees, which I was not thrilled with and warn future customers to be wary of before signing all the paperwork. I told them what my bottom line price was, they agreed, but the total was considerably more when sitting down with the finance guy. Of course, he tried to throw in extra warranty nonsense. Also, the ‘MVP’ fees are xx. Negotiate your price down to make up for this ridiculous fee that they say they cannot take off the paperwork! Do not let them add thousands of extra dollars onto your cost by not paying attention to the final numbers on the paperwork!

I got in contact with my salesman Q over the phone on Friday afternoon letting him know I would be coming in the next day and he got everything ready when I got there. I had to travel in from the Salinas Valley, so I really didn’t want my time wasted, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly we got to agreeable numbers. From start to finish, it was about 2 hours total. If you have bought cars, you can appreciate how fast that really is. Thank you Q and the rest of the staff for making my trip quick and easy. Thank you to the detailers who had my car shining when I got there!

Deron is a great example of what a salesman should be. He is very knowledgeable and worked well with us to make the vehicle shopping and purchasing process go smoothly. They gave us a very fair trade in value for our used vehicle. All the staff were excellent and we enjoyed talking to all of them. Dan & Nancy

Blasius Pre-Owned AutoReviews
Blasius Pre-Owned Auto review
We were in the market to purchase a pre-owned car. We did a lot of shopping around and finally bought our car from Blasius Preowned Auto. Manager Dom was awesome! Very customer focused. He listened to our list of ‘wants’ for the car and accommodated us to the fullest. The financing process was streamlined and within our budget. We also worked with Barb throughout the purchase process and she, too, was very customer focused. Both Dom and Barb have great follow up processes. Overall, we were very pleased with the purchase of our pre-owned Cadillac and would recommend the dealership to anyone in need of an honest, reputable company.

We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

Parkline MotorsReviews
Parkline Motors review
I have nothing negative to say. “Very rare when dealing with dealerships.” Gigi, in sales was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Zero pressure, but willing to answer as many questions you might have, which make your buying experience even better. Josh the finance manager was also great to work with. Thank you for your assistance and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase as well as my experience. Thank you Parkline Motors.
