This year brought an unexpected financial setback, and we had to make the tough decision to sell our 2023 Odyssey. Jason and Rene treated us with compassion and patience, offering a buy‑back price that genuinely helped us through a difficult moment. We still needed a vehicle, so we chose a certified 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Giovanni guided us through several test drives without rushing us, and the used car manager, Aldo, made sure we got a fair deal. The finance team—Muhammed and Bryan—was just as supportive. They understood how important it was for us to receive our refund quickly, and although they estimated a couple of weeks, the check arrived in only three days! McGrath Honda didn’t just sell us cars—they supported us when we needed it most. No games, no pressure, just honesty and respect. I went to multiple car dealerships and each time I spoke with a sales person and set the parameters of what I was looking for and my budget, everything I said was disregarded and at one location they quoted a lease payment of $219.00 per month and when I went in to see the vehicle, the price changed to $419.00 per month!! On the verge of giving up and just keeping what I had, I looked one more time on line and saw a vehicle I was interested in. I sent an inquiry in to Mohawk Honda and that's where everything changed!! A saleswoman named Amanda text me and asked a convenient time to call (which I appreciated because I work during the day). We ended up texting and I advised her of my price range and what type of car I was looking for and within an hour she sent me two leads on vehicles and included the warrantee information, the car fax, the service records and photographs! She answered every question honestly and always with my best interest in mind. When I said I was interested in one of the vehicles, she asked me to send photographs of my trade in, along with the registration information. Within one hour, I had a reasonable offer for my trade in and we made an appointment to look at the car the following day. I arrived early and she was ready!! She sat and went over all the information and got the car for me to test drive. I asked about one concern about the vehicle and she immediately said she would have the mechanics look over my concern. The car is beautiful and was everything Amanda described and promised. We went in to do the paperwork and there was no wasting of my time, she helped me transfer insurance, get the pay off on the trade in, went over the new vehicles information and I spent less than two hours to seal the deal. Every other dealership had me there for almost four hours and to be honest, with lots of empty promises. I have NEVER had this great an experience at a car dealership, where it felt like they had MY best interest in mind foremost. I liked that my interaction commenced with Amanda and then I was able to continue to work with her through the closing. She is absolutely down to earth, considerate and quite amazing. I watched the entire team of salespeople interact and they were all so helpful to each other, and genuinely friendly and happy. I never said "I have a Car Dealership" before, but I do consider them my Car Dealership and would start and end every vehicle search with them. How refreshing to have an experience like I had with Mohawk Honda. And for the other Dealerships that were a dissappointment...you could learn alot about how to conduct business by watching them! They are doing it right!!!

Great experience with Honda of Salem. We are from the Seattle area. We set out on a out of town trip in our new Honda CRV. We were close to the Portland area when we lost connection with Apple Car Play. We pulled into Honda of Salem unannounced with no appointment. A couple guys from the service department tried to get it up and running but they were unsuccessful. They finally said they were going to get the software expert to look at it. They summoned Mr Philip Pham from the Sales/internet department. Within 30 minutes he had everything reset and working like new. He also explained some of the systems & how they worked on our new car. Actually he explained things far better than our experience up in Seattle.
