We bought this car brand new and have enjoyed it for the past 5 years. We no longer need the car but, otherwise, there are no problems with the car. The 2013 Honda Pilot LX is an excellent SUV - very spacious, comfortable to drive, super reliable and handles the Chicago weather. Would readily buy this car again.
I was initially looking at Honda Civics from Walser while also planning on looking at used Toyota Corollas. Dan Husbands did an excellent job showing me all my options. He even drove with us all the way to the Toyota dealership to look at Corollas and back to my house to for us to get the old car I wanted to trade in. He was very kind and patient throughout the whole process of me purchasing my first car! Would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Super comfortable, Powerful, Huge space, nice mileage(20-21 mpg), very reliable SUV. It was my first car and loved it from day 1. In 2016, Honda completely changed the Pilot design to be more sleek, which is amazing. I love the big rear view mirrors, hand rest, huge space. One is bound to fall in love with the car.
Our Customer Specialist Dan Nguyen was so knowledgeable & helpful with our puchase. He was efficient & so friendly, made for a wonderful experience. This is the 5th Honda we have purchased here & we have been so pleased with every experience!!

This SUV is great! I have owned 2 of them and all I ever did was change the oil and tires. The best thing about the 2015 Pilot (last year they made this body style) is there is ZERO blind spots unlike the new rounded model.
I recently came in to buy a new car. I pretty much knew what I wanted, but with the amazing help of Kevin Davis I got a fantastic new CRV.
I feel Kevin went above and beyond helping me with the whole experience. I’ve never had such a knowledgeable sales person help me like he did.

Bought the 2016 Pilot new to replace our 2009 that my son inherited with 180,000 miles. At 40,000 miles the Pilots reliability went from I Love this car to what the xxxx is going on! Dash light illuminated and the vehicle slowed to a crawl. My wife is a Sunday slow driver. Highway miles mostly. Kenosha Honda reset the computer,
Replaced catylatic converters vehicle spent over two weeks in shop. Got the vehicle back all the lights were back on again. Vehicle brought
Back to Kenosha Honda, got it back a week later unwashed,with it ’repaired’ again. Drove it straight to a Toyota dealer the next day and traded it for a new 4 runner. 2016 Pilots are no good. I have a 2009 Pilot with 205,000 and a Accord with 120,000.

the service reps are always polite and professional. They have serviced both CR-Vs pretty much exclusively for 10 years. I have never once had any issues with the repairs--done right once. Turn around always same day and usually in 1-2 hours (except routine oil change which is faster)The customer lounge is spacious and they even have private areas to work while you wait. They have shuttle service to drop off and pickup when done--the whole thing top to bottom is great

This vehicle meets all of my needs. I went from an 03 Pilot to the 2015. The 2015 seems a little roomier. I can definitely feel a little more power. This was the last year for the "box" look, which I prefer over the newer style. The DVD controls and the interior temp controls for the rear passengers are very nice. I also love that you can open the rear window to get to the rear storage area as well as opening the entire rear hatch. The back up camera and the power opening and closing rear hatch are nice add-ons too. I just took a long trip and I got 22.6 mpg. My local driving has averaged between 17 and 18 mpg. The only 2 negatives I have found so far are the dealer price of the wireless headphones for the DVD player and the fact that I cannot plug on a thumb drive to watch movies from. It did come with 2 sets of headphones but I wanted a few more. Dealer price is $186 each. I found them a lot cheaper online. My 03 Pilot has an after-market roof-mounted dvd player that accepts dvds or a thumb drive. The factory DVD player in the 2015 only takes dvds or a secondary source through RCA jacks. There is a USB hook- up in the console but it is only for putting music onto the Pilot's hard drive. There is also a two-prong AC outlet in the console which could come in handy. I totally recommend this vehicle!
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.

I had 42,000 miles in my Honda Pilot 2016. Since then , I only travelled 2x for out of state and most if the time just in the place. But now I heard some cracking sound when you turned and brought to to dealer to fix it since I still have warranty on it. I brought like 10 times like every after repair , still the problem occurs. The radio fm are very poor sound balance system, start up are poor too, sticking break pedal so I have to used remote start engine. , 1st year of owning it, the battery’s was dead. Now I brought all this attention to the AH M but they regret and denying the problem so they have to protect from damaging their reputation. Thats what all the business is. We are silent but being consumer we should do something about it. We have the right to question since we are paying and buying this brand or product. We are your reasons why your business exist.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

This car is extremely well made. I drive it back and forth to Florida with a full load. This last winter, I averaged 31 MPG for the entire trip down, back, and 5 weeks in the city. With a 3.5 Liter V6, this mileage is awesome. The car has a great ride, with options to make a long drive comfortable. The Honda Pilot is very reliable, and can take 8 people comfortably when needed.

Little to no problems with the Pilot. I have well over 100,000 miles on it. There is not much leg room in the second row, and little to none in the 3rd, was great when my boys were little, but a little crowded now. I would buy a Honda again, if it wasn't for the terrible service of the dealership.
Firstly, I was introduced to Hugh Bealka on a very busy Saturday. I wasn't intending on buying an Audi, but just browsing. After Hugh showed me the Q5 and going on a test drive, I was convinced that this might be the one. I was also looking at a new Lexus sedan. Thinking through it more carefully, I wanted to stay with an SUV and AWD. My wife and I proceeded with the Q5 purchase and Hugh was nothing short of fair, professional and genuine throughout the entire process. The dealership is spectacular and clean. If you ever want to consider a beautiful, excellent dealership, go to Audi of Maplewood and ask for Hugh. You will be very comfortable with the full process as Hugh will show you.
