We got the Honda Accord. Ken, the Sales Consultant knows his field. It’s just frustrating because there’s a long wait for the financing office. We stayed 5 hours in the dealership & it’s mostly waiting for the financial office to process our papers.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

I walked in the dealership and was immediately greeted by a salesman. I told him that I work with the father of one their managers and would like to see her. She was very busy at that moment. So I waited until she introduced me to the salesman she thought would best suit my needs. Ricky S. then went over a couple of trucks that he recommended. Went for couple test drives, probably 6-8 miles each. Both highway and residential which was good for me. I settled on the truck I was interested in and got down to business. Agreed on the right figures, filled out the credit app and gave him my title for the (undesirable) trade in I had. Even if they wouldn't take the trade in, I wasn't leaving without the new Tacoma. Ricky took me back to business offices and introduced me to Jordan who closed the deal like he does day after day. Smooth and hiccups. Afterwards Ricky took me to the truck and proceeded to sync my phone to the truck systems. We went over a few other items and we were done. Very patient with me and knew what he was doing. Can’t beat the Odyssey for a family! Easy getting kids and gear in and out, great gas mileage, reliable, easy and comfortable driving. And it handles on the road like a car on highway, side roads and mountain roads.

We are so very pleased with our experience, at Miller Motors, with the many people we encountered and especially with sales rep. Jay Passey. He went above and beyond in many ways, such as finding us an unbelievable deal. He also was giving of his time (as we drove numerous vehicles) and clearly answered all of our questions about the different vehicles. Would recommend this dealership and Jay to anyone.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

I had a flat, it caused rim scrapping on both tires on drivers side, I called Brennen and brought the car in and this morning Patty called and it was a nail and they could repair tire and have rims fixed. I am so happy, that they always go above and beyond to service my car. I recommend if you’re in the market for a car, start at Rosens and for all your service needs call Patty. Thank you!!! Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

Brought my my car in for normal service and Mark Took care of me. He was great. He pulled up my history on my car and made recommendations for what I needed and explained everything they would do. Also gave me approximate cost of service which was Very close to his quote. Work was done very quickly. Just a great experience. I will be back for my next service when needed. This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

if you want a car that will last for 200,000 miles and probably longer get a honda odyssey we have had 3 and only replaced tires, wipers, bulbs ,oil , batteries

This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.
