Luther Used Car CompanyReviews
Luther Used Car Company review
We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.

Luther Brookdale ChevroletReviews
Luther Brookdale Chevrolet review
I recently purchased a 2025 Z71 Chevrolet Tahoe from Luther Brookdale Chevrolet, and I couldn?t be more thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and exactly how I like to do business?simple and upfront. Patrick Riestenberg was phenomenal. I prefer to handle all negotiations via text and email before stepping foot in the dealership, and Patrick executed this flawlessly. He was responsive, respectful of my time, and made the entire process seamless. Christian Juarez was equally impressive during the test drive. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and?most importantly?never pressured me to make a decision on the spot. I told him we?d be back the next day to finalize the deal, and he trusted us to follow through. We did, and everything went exactly as planned. Ted Gebre handled the final paperwork and was fantastic to work with. I made it clear that I was only purchasing the vehicle with no add-ons, and Ted respected that completely. No upselling, no pressure?just a straightforward transaction, which I greatly appreciated. The team even went the extra mile to ensure a seat issue was resolved before delivery, showing their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. If you?re in the market for a new vehicle and value a no-nonsense, respectful, and efficient buying experience, I highly recommend working with the team at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet. They truly made the process enjoyable and stress-free.

Very pleasant and helpful. Curtious , patient, and a place I’d like to do business at, if I could travel to the Minneapolis area. Unfortunately it didn’t work out. I was able to purchase locally. 150 miles closer. Would consider purchasing in the future. Thank you!

I had gone in for a mileage checkup and oil change. I didn’t want to hang around for the recommended brake work, so they gave me a free loaner car. It was a hybrid and I thought it wouldn’t start, but it was just super, super quiet!!

Buerkle AcuraReviews
Buerkle Acura review
I was looking for a vehicle that would last me at least 7 years and be very dependable and versatile. I looked at Buick, Chevrolet, Jeep, GMC, Honda, and Acura. After much research and dealer shopping, I decided to buy from Buerkle Acura in Brooklyn Park. I met with a salesman Dennis Andrews. He was VERY helpful answering my questions and was very knowledgeable of the Acura vehicles. After some serious thinking, I decided on the 2015 Acura MDX. Dennis was very helpful with deciding which options (extras) to pick from, without ANY pressure and quick at getting the purchase written up and ready for the financing team. Dennis also called me a few days after my purchase, and told me if I had ANY concerns or questions to not hesitate to contact him. I have had the vehicle for a few weeks now and I am SO glad I chose the MDX. I could not be happier with Dennis, and Buerkle Acura. My wife has also purchased a Acura TSX from Buerkle Acura.

Luther Used Car CompanyReviews
Luther Used Car Company review
We had an excellent experience working with Devin Thorpe at Luther Used Car Company. He handled our transaction and walked us through all of the paperwork to finalize the purchase of our Dodge Ram. Devin was courteous, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything while answering all of our questions. I purchased the truck with my 21-year-old son, and since this was his first time going through the car-buying process, Devin went above and beyond to make sure he fully understood every step. Thanks to Devin’s patience and clear explanations, my son will carry this knowledge with him for future car purchases. What really stood out was Devin’s passion for his job and the way he helped us through any rough spots with ease and kindness. We felt extremely comfortable the entire time and truly appreciated his professionalism. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle here again and would look forward to working with Devin in the future.

They greet you with a smile every time!! They teach you about what they do, and they let you do the shopping! No pushy sales people, no pressure to buy, just a great time finding a car that satisfies what you're looking for!

Genesis of MinneapolisReviews
Genesis of Minneapolis review
Ethan was excellent showing us the car and explaining the features, unfortunately a smoker previously owned the vehicle and the smoke smell was a hard no. Ethan spoke to the sales manager and found out another low mileage vehicle equipped the same coming in shorty. Saw that vehicle today and purchased. Ethan was great as was Cassie the Finance person. Easy financing and paperwork completion. Highly recommend this dealership
