Took my Subaru Outback for its 60,000 mile check. Brian Lawless, Assistant Service Manager, did a fine job in reviewing me what would be checked, gave me the range of what the cost would be, and promised I'd have my car back by 11:30. His predictions were accurate, and I got my car when promised. The shuttle driver, Marty Hauschildt, was very friendly and efficient, as well. Overall, definitely a 5 stars experience.

When I arrived here I was immediately given the keys and left alone with the car I came to see so I could inspect it myself. No one tried to "sell" me the car. I was allowed to test drive and loved the car so I bought it! (2010 Hyundai Genesis) Gotta Thank Carlton for everything. The guy answered all my questions through email prior to me arriving and was very honest and straight forward. Really awesome dude I felt zero pressure to buy. One of the guys in the office even drove the car to my house since I didn't have plates for it and wanted to insure and register the car myself. Overall fantastic experience would definitely recommend these dealers to anyone.

I bought a Mercedes Benz 350 GLK 4matic truck for City World Hyundai and I am very pleased with the service I got. When issues with the original 2011 model cropped up, Briant Rosa went above and beyond to make sure the issue was smoothed out, resulting in me switching up to a newer model, and he was very respectful and professional. I am a hard to please customer, but these guys were so determined to give me the best service, with a personal touch; for the length of time I was at their office, they went out of their way to make me comfortable. I had been to 8 different dealerships, and the experience ranged from deceptive salesmen who tried selling me something else, to those whose car on ground was a far cry from what the pictures on their sites tell, to those who didn't have the car and were bulxxxxting. And then everyone wanted to run my credit first! But for the fact that I was in banking then and understood exactly what they were about to do, they would have ruined my credit before I could buy the car. There were those that took one look at me and their attitude said it all. Also, City Hyundai sticks to timelines; came in on the morning of the Friday I agreed with them, and left with the car that evening, with all t's crossed and i's dotted, from financing to DMV. Also, the follow-up has been excellent, with the title and other relevant stuff arriving way ahead of the average time. I am already discussing future business with them. My next car is definitely coming from them.

Happy 😍 Friday ! On May 29th 2017, I was out shopping around to purchase/lease a car, I went to a couple of places & I was not really happy with the results. I decided to go home, & just give it up for the day. Then, as we were driving I thought, Hyundai is not far from home let's try one more place . Well, I'm very happy & pleased with my decision, because not only did I meet some really nice people, but Marcus Lozano the person I dealt with, was amazing & incredibly nice, very helpful, & he really did a good job explaining details of the vehicles to me, but mainly his demeanor was the deciding factor for me to get the car I know it's a business, but the main thing was Mr. Lozano's attitude & his ways of dealing with me were very friendly, and yet his professionalism was awesome. From 1-10 I have to say my entire experience with him was definitely a 10. I will definitely keep your dealer & Marcus in mind for future reference to others. Have a blessed day.

Today I signed the papers for my second lease with Mike Murphy Ford after meeting several times with Anthony Davis. Throughout both interactions (2015 and 2018), Anthony was professional, helpful, and encouraging: but NOT pressuring me to make a decision. For comparative purposes, I talked with two other local Ford dealers after my initial meeting with Anthony in early January 2018. The first sales person at Dealer #1 was - in a word - obnoxious, presenting the idea that anyone would be privileged to work with him. The second person (Dealer #2) was more professional; but after I met with him for two hours and given him a written list of questions I needed to have answered in order for me to make a decision, did not respond for more than 5 days. In that e-mail, he only addressed half of what I had asked. I sent him another e-mail containing the questions, and received no response. Anthony was very patient, answering all of my many questions in a timely manner; and did not pressure me to spend more than I can afford. It has been a pleasure to work with him.

This is our 4th Honda in 9yrs. First, a Civic. Second, the following yr traded for another Civic & a Fit at the same time. Fourtly, just yesterday, purchased a CRV-SUV. Why so many??? Not bc their inferior & brake down. NO!!! Just the opposite!!! BC we absolutely ??? the craftsmanship that go into theses vehicles. THEY ARE TRULY RELIABLE!!! THEY HAVE PROVEN TO BE ALL that everyone said it would be(family, friends, sales ppl) Only had 1 problem/repair earlier this yr. Replaced starter on '09 Civic. AND THAT IS ALL, I PROMISE YOU!!! Every car we purchased was and is brand new. The staff is amazing!!! Professional, considerate, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, modest, not pushy, no haggling, up front. The young man the took care is heaven sent, Joey Vassallo. HE NEEDS A PROMOTION, A RAISE, yes he does. He did what no one else had done. He TOOK HIS TIME & walked me through the whole process of how to operate & understand my new SUV. 5 ????? treatment. I went in fairly early with my 16-year-old daughter to find her a new or lightly used car for her first vehicle. We were greeted early on by a young man named Joey and we described our situation and asked him to show my daughter some different options. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee inside while he showed her some various options around the lot. I reconvened with them after about half an hour and took a look at the top options. Naturally there were a few that my daughter for whatever reason thought were in her price range that I instantly ruled out. Sorry kid, I love you a ton, but you can't be driving a car more expensive than your dads. We've whittled it down to three different options and will be returning this weekend with the wife/CFO to make the final decision. -Great facilities -Great selection -Great customer service I'll definitely be recommending this to our family friends, particularly as our kids are all about to be on the market for new wheels.

My husband and I went to Heuberger Subaru in Colorado Springs, CO in March 2018. We worked with salesperson Dave Anthony???incidentally a great guy, easy to work with and knowledgeable. We were looking for a 2018 Subaru Forester, silver exterior, black cloth interior, with a 6-speed manual transmission. Dave brought out a blue model for us to test drive. (Drove like a dream.) He was sure by looking at inventory on the computer that they had the exact car we wanted. When the car was brought out for us from a back lot, we noticed the interior was light gray. Turns out both of the silver 6-speeds had light gray interior. Dave found a solution. First he had $200 knocked off the price. Then, with his own funds, he ordered seat covers in black/dark gray for both the two front seats and the rear seats. To me, that was above and beyond what anyone should expect. The seat covers cost $338. With the dealer discount, we received $538 in discounts for seats that would have worked OK for us. But Heuberger and Dave Anthony didn't want just "OK" for us. They wanted us to be very happy with our purchase. And we are. The car drives great, looks great, and I think we will be enjoying it for a lot of years to come. I have to also say, the complimentary coffee bar is a nice touch.

After a terrible buying experience a few years ago where we walked out, Larry Miller Hyundai (Cottonwood) and our salesperson Matteo certainly made up it up to us. We ended up purchasing 2 new 2017 Elantras and could not be happier. My new Eco hit 36 MPG yesterday at 296 miles and I still have 114 miles to go on the first tank of gas. My husband is driving the Elantra Limited. It is just beautiful. As a base model Limited it is loaded with features! The side mirrors and the blind spot detection are the best safety feature we have ever had on a vehicle. Our car payments increased only a bit from 3 years ago with our leases from a competitor, but the savings in gas and the fact that we will own these cars will balance that out. We highly recommend you take a test drive of a 2017 Elantra and make sure to ask for Matteo.

We were traveling and needed work. Service associate Krith Staab was very helpful and personable. He should be praised for these qualities. My only issue is the cost. We had the exact same issue and took. The car to Honda in rapid city Honda and the charge for the same service was $62.50 while Las Vegas autoNation was $114.00. The discrepancy of price for the same service is highly questionable.

Abdulla took over our case that was started the night before, and really took the time to ensure my wife and I got the vehicle we wanted. He really took the time to explain the trade-in process and explain why the numbers presented were there. He was patient with my arguing and continued to treat me with respect and understood my frustrations during the process. At the end of the day, Abdulla was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and shared common experiences to ensure I felt at ease the entire time. Jose was also very friendly and explained each document I signed with clarity and calm, answering my questions with ease. Sal even came out, introduced himself, and really made me feel like I was a valued customer and the fact it was almost 10:00 pm didn't seem to phase anybody. I am 100% satisfied with my vehicle, the price (even with add-on packages) and the dealership as a whole, and recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to Abdulla.
