King KiaReviews
King Kia review
My problem was with the AI contact point at King. Stupid me, I thought Olivia King was a person, and I emailed "her" several times with requests. Before I went in, cars.com asked me to review "her" and the email included a photo of a woman, again making me think I was dealing with a human. When I went in, I asked to speak with her, and was finally told she didn't exist. But was I embarrassed and did I feel stupid! It was very deceptive. And this is not how you want a customer to feel when you're selling something. You need to make it clear up front that the email contact is an AI contact, and any salesperson will be there to help at appointment time. Other than that, it was a good experience. King even allowed the car to be driven 33 miles to my mechanic for an inspection. That's extraordinary. The car was in good shape, and we closed after returning from the inspection.

Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

Excellent experience jasmine worked extremely hard and got me the car I wanted - really pleased with experience
2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! Purchasing a vehicle out of state can be challenging, but Don at Safford Hyundai in Fairfax, Virginia, made the experience exceptional. From August through October, he consistently demonstrated outstanding communication, professionalism, and dedication. He went above and beyond to help navigate title delays, coordinate details, provide updates and photos, and ensure a smooth handoff to the transport driver. Throughout this extended process, Don remained helpful, responsive, and committed to seeing everything through. His dedication and customer service made a real difference in our experience. Don is an outstanding representative of Safford Hyundai, and we couldn't be more appreciative of his efforts. Highly recommend working with him!

Sheehy Volkswagen of Springfield review
Went in without the intention of purchasing a vehicle, but Fred Fon and Jorge made the process so easy and with numbers I couldn’t pass the opportunity. Fred was very attentive and heard all my wants for a vehicle and showed me around, taking note of my price point. With a seamless process I was able to get in and out less than three hours with a new car. Mind you at no point did I ever feel pressured or had a poor experience. Jorge made sure I knew all my options for financing and went into detail what each option was and how it would benefit me. Once again there was no pressure to purchase everything. They kept my needs and budget their priority. Thank you for a seamless process and a new vehicle.

I have been buying cars for more than 15 years, and my experience with Robert and David was easily one of the best I have ever had. What stood out most was how fast and efficient the entire process was. From the first conversation through the paperwork and driving the car off the lot, everything moved quickly without ever feeling rushed or cutting corners. Robert and David were prepared, responsive, transparent, and respectful of my time. At no point did I feel like I was simply part of a transaction. The experience was professional, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable, with a clear focus on making sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. I have purchased and shopped with some of the most recognized luxury brands, including Ferrari, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz. Those experiences set a high bar, yet none matched the combination of speed, attention, transparency, and professionalism Robert and David delivered. Buying a car can easily turn into an all-day, stressful process. They made it fast, straightforward, and an absolute pleasure. Exceptional customer service is increasingly difficult to find, and this dealership truly stands apart. I would absolutely buy from Robert and David again and recommend them to anyone who values their time and wants a first-class buying experience.
2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

Fitzgerald Gaithersburg HyundaiReviews
Fitzgerald Gaithersburg Hyundai review
I've purchased many vehicles over the years, and working with Andrew Murray at Fitzgerald Hyundai has genuinely set a new standard for me. Car buying is typically a drawn-out process that leaves me feeling frustrated and disrespected due to wasted time. This time, I shared my concerns with Andrew, and he listened attentively, then exceeded my expectations by a long shot. We were in and out within about 2 ½ hours, and Andrew treated my family and me with a great deal of respect, showing remarkable knowledge and courtesy at every step. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and it was the smoothest and most respectful experience I’ve had buying a car. Andrew Murray is a true asset to Fitzgerald Hyundai, and I’ll be recommending him to family and friends without a doubt. Thank you, Andrew, for turning a typically dreaded task into a genuinely positive experience! Sincerely, Omar

I get made of a bit because the Kona is supposedly an "Old Man's" car... but that's what makes it exceptional: reliability, good bang for the buck, and attractive- yet understated looks. It's been perfect for me!

Alexandria Toyota review
After viewing a vehicle online that I was interested in, I contacted the dealership to make sure the vehicle was still available. I was contacted by a salesman, Lamin Mathews, who worked with me to make sure all my questions and concerns were resolved. I decided to drive the 75 to 85 miles to the dealership. Lamin met me there and showed me the vehicle with a test drive that answered all my questions at that time. We decided to purchase the vehicle which was two years old and were transferred to Briana Grimes who handled all the financial/closing issues related to the sale. She could not have been any more helpful. Lamin finished up with setting our phone GPS up on the radio communication system to get us home safely. Both Lamin and Briana have worked with us since to resolve any questions that we had. At my age, 83, that can be frustrating to young people. Neither showed any signs of being annoyed or frustrated. We appreciated that very much. Everyone, including Lamin, Briana and the dealership deserve the highest ratings possible and we appreciate their service to us.

Drive Prime Motors review
Ihan, Stanley, Edwin, and Allison are a great team and made the car buying process stress-free and oddly fun! Ihan knows his cars, and Stanley is an informative and enjoyable personality. Edwin and Allison sail right in with timely support. As I said, they're a great team and they aim to make the customer happy. I'll highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know.
2018 Hyundai KONA review
I love the low cost to maintain this car. My work allows me little downtime. The ride is decent as well as comfort. It has most of the current bells and whistles The pickup could be a little better and sometimes it does not recover from a downshift as quickly as it should.

Ourisman Kia of BethesdaReviews
Ourisman Kia of Bethesda review
I had a pretty good experience with Kia of Bethesda in the purchase of a used Mazda. There are a few positive experiences that I had with this dealership that I can honestly say I have never experienced with any other dealership before. I responded to an online advertisement for a used 2016 Mazda 3, and was contacted by Marcus R. initially. Marcus passed me on to his colleague Kevin F., and Kevin actually brought the Mazda to my house to pick me up for a test drive (never had a car salesman do THAT before!). The car drove pretty well, though I did noticed an odd droning coming from the front of the vehicle, which I remarked on to Kevin. More on that later. By the time we got back to the dealership, I told Kevin that I was interested in the car and that I could come back the next day to finalize the deal. He was very flexible and provided me with the initial "paperwork" which I would complete the next day. It just so happened that between the time I agreed to purchase the car and when I came back to finalize the paperwork, Ourisman (corporate) raised the price of the car, but the sales folks honored the priced that I had initially agreed to pay! I appreciated their integrity in that situation!! When I came back, I signed the necessary documents, but then had to wait for the financial person to finalize the deal and pay for the car. That wait was almost an hour...which was longer than I was expecting, but then Troia C., the finance manager was a real delight to work with and she moved through the purchase process very efficiently. I declined all the "extras" as the car was at the very top of my price range. When all was said and done, I drove the car home for what I thought was a very reasonable price. So, remember the "droning" I mentioned before, well I mentioned it again to Kevin after my purchase, and he said I should bring the car in for their mechanics to look at. A few weeks later (I went on vacation right after I bought the car) I took the car back and they replace the front wheel bearings as well as the driver's side axle shaft, which was damaged because the wheel bearing was so bad! This was somewhat surprising to me because this was something that should have been caught during the MD inspection that was completed on the car, but it wasn't. When I got the car back, i noticed the alignment was off...they likely had to disassemble the front suspension to replace the axle shaft, and should have done an alignment after that. I was working with my service advisor Jecson P., and when I called him about the alignment, he offered to pick up the car the next day, from my home, and have the alignment done, and then return the car to my house. This is "next level" customer service and I was extremely pleased with that accommodation. Have never had a service advisor do any thing like that before!! Amazing!

Great car, very roomy over my 2020 Kona. I bought an N Line and love the sporty look. Lots of features are standard including a Bose audio system. The ride is much better than my previous Kona too. Definitely would recommend this car.

2021 Hyundai KONA review
This is an excellent mid-size car if you're looking for something that will get you around the city. It has get up and go without even being a turbo and the gas mileage that my wife and I have achieved in this car on the highway is close to 36 miles to the gallon 😊😊😊😊😊
