I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 turbo. I have driven this vehicle for 22500 miles with absolutely no problems rides great and gets 30 plus miles per gallon highway

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

I like how honest and upfront this dealership is. I literally spoke with them on Thursday and picked my car up on Saturday morning. They took care of everything for me so this way on Saturday I spent about an hour there signing paperwork and was out in no time. Lexi is a sweetheart! This is my First time ever buying a Hyundai I sold a Acura RDX and purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe. I have no complaints. My Acura had everything in it and so do my Santa Fe. The difference is my Santa Fe is very comfortable and I really love it. As of now I have no complaints.

Very comfortable, very solid feeling, love my Santa Fe PHEV, around town get about 88 mp gallon, often much more. Some controls confusing, especially heat/AC; buttons and dials would be better than touch screen. Would like forward drive gear button to be in front with rear behind, a safety issue.

We purchased the 2024 Santa Fe Calligraphy. We absolutely love this SUV. It is so comfortable to ride in regardless of where you sit. I haven’t found anything I don’t absolutely love about this SUV. Lots of room and it’s quiet. I love all the features this model has as well as the overall appearance. I would highly recommend purchasing this SUV.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

The trunk gets stuck it closed on my fingers. The gas mileage is great and it’s never ran out on gas on me before and the GPS system could use a little work but all in all a good car if you have 2 kiddos.

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.

We have had the 2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy for one year and have been very satisfied for the most part. We learned early on that a front seat passenger can not use a seat pad and have the passenger seat air bag light go off. We met with a regional customer service advisor at the dealership and were told all new cars are that way. It’s unfortunate if you happen to be under 5’ and want to sit higher. Now that I know that, I am sorry not to have checked this before we purchased. Now that I do know I will consider this at my next purchase. Only three other issues, terrible gas mileage 22-24 mpg, occasional failure of the doors to unlock without pressing the key fob and street noise. As far as comfort is concerned, we have been happy with the ride and handling.

Bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger with 5800 miles - great price compared with what the same car is going for today with 40K / 50K more miles. Process was easy. All my friends love the cards and strangers give me compliments. My only complaint was these cars go through an inspection where all problems are fixed. I bought the car in February and by the Summer when I finally turned on the A/C, it did not work. When I went to the repaair shop I was told it would cost me 41000.00 dollars as the hose was broken dehind the instrument panel. In my opinion this should have been caught by CARMAX and fixed before I picked up the car. Otherwise very happy - no problems other than that to date. CARMAX - please fix my A/C??????

I have a 2023 Santa Fe SEL with the premium package. Overall I am very happy with this car. It has a lot of tech, very comfortable interior and has enough power. Can’t really rate reliability as I only have 1,300 miles on it. The one big let down is the blue link system, while it advertises a lot of tech features half of them don’t work. Customer support is really non existent.

I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. I bought a 2018 Nissan pro x a little over a year ago. I drove from ny to look at it it was clean except for front bumper was hit in corner and paint was scraped. They repaired the damage perfectly by the time I picked it up. I was impressed by their professionalism. The only thing that I thought was a little extravagant was the dealer fee. We negotiated a fair price and now it’s mine. I’ve had the vehicle for over a year and it is flawless. I felt I needed time to make a fair judgement of the vehicle before my review. We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.
