Very happy with this SUV - have 10,000 miles on it. Excellent radio, electronics, seating, and comfort. Hybrid is excellent but mileage at 32-35 mpg is a little off

My poem on Danielle Slick's premier customer service This past Tuesday, June 25, I went to Taylor Hyundai and had the oil changed and ethanol treatment on my Hyundai Sonata Limited. The sweetest, nicest, and best service advisor in the history of the dealership, Danielle Slick, recognized me and my car when I pulled up. Having a sweet-sounding voice, she was happy to see me for my car service appointment that I made online the day before on the Taylor Hyundai website. She made my appointment very easy and went out of my way to ensure that my car service was successful. The service was performed properly and I was out of there in over an hour. I enjoyed talking to her when she got me from the waiting room once she told me that my car was ready, and when I accompanied her to the computer terminal to make my payment for service on my car. She has a poem I came up with dealing with her superb customer service, and it is as follows: At Taylor Hyundai I pick Danielle Slick/For she loves to do her thing with no trick/So that service on my Hyundai can be quick/Then my Hyundai can click thanks in part to Danielle Slick!!! Receiving a hug from her when my appointment ended and having a photo made with her and me in front of my car with the tag on the front saying "I love💕 my Hyundai Sonata," I am looking forward to seeing my favorite service advisor Danielle Slick again in September for my car detailing appointment in celebration of my birthday 🎂!!! I bought this car in May, and I could not be more pleased. It is saving me money and time when it comes to gas, as I am down to filling only once a week, and it gets 30 -34 MPG, depending on where I have to drive. I love the safety features, such as maintaining a safe distance from the car in front of me, the self-steering, and the brake hold, which gives my foot a rest at stop lights. The seats are very comfortable. I keep her clean and shiny all the time, because this car is going to last a long time, with its unmatched 100k warranty! The maintenance included feature means I won't be forking out money to keep her in tip-top condition. .This is my third Santa Fe, and they just keep getting better and better!

We bought this little gem last week, and we are still discovering the things it can do. It can back itself out of a tight parking space without anyone inside. In cruise control, it will keep itself between the lines - it basically can steer itself. It can maintain a fixed distance between you and the car in front of you. The seats not only heat in the winter, but they also cool in the summer. The stereo is unbelievable. Right now we are averaging 34 mpg - just around town. It does all this in a very stylish and beautiful body. It wasn't cheap, but so far it is worth every penny.

I had a great no pressure sales experience! Nico was great to work with, and I definitely will think about revisiting them next time I need to purchase.

It has been more than 10 yrs since we bought a new car. The 2017 Sedona we bought is exquisite. We are happy with our purchase. The only thing was the whole buying process took a while (almost 5 hours). I do wish they had a better system where you can do most of the work online, even financing so you are not there for such a long time, especially if you are not planning to trade anything in. This way you work out everything yourself and not haggling back and forth. After the long wait it was worth it. Also important, if you are calculating the cost, keep in mind once you have the cost (MSRP plus discounts, cash back, trade in) you need to include about 9-10% additional for tax, title, license, additional fees (this is without GAP or added protection). You can than look for an online car calculator to see on the finance (I am a numbers person). This would have helped me.

They have a changing table and diapers in the restroom which really impressed me along w/ a play area for the kiddos in the office area. No one pounced on us the moment we pulled into the lot which was pleasant. We were able to browse w/o being hounded. The salesman was knowledgeable and upfront about the vehicles and any concerns that there may have been w/ the vehicles we were looking at. The price displayed on the vehicle is the price you pay. Nice knowing right off the bat what they are asking for the vehicle and what you are expected to pay w/o any bartering back and forth. All paperwork done on the property, simple and easy!
