We live about 3 hrs from MemberCar. They were very helpful in sending pictures I requested of the vehicle and even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before we visited. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. On the way home, 2 hrs into the return trip we encountered and issue. Rob assured us they would make it right. We were able to take the vehicle to our garage to fix and MemberCar reimbursed. I have bought many used cars in my life but have never experience a dealership like MemberCar where they made sure we were completely satisfied with the vehicle. I would definitely make the trip again for another vehicle.

2020 Jeep Gladiator review
I have 84,000 miles. I don’t hit rod it. I keep it below 2500 rpm unless a must pass happens (rarely). Zero issues with transmission brakes electronics heat or AC. Overland model. It has been a wonderful rig with 19 to 25 mpg. I’m 64 and hoping this and my XJ are my last rides. Both rigs are exceptional. I had a scrambler and loved it, had to have the Gladiator and my 2020 has been far better than expected !

There was no fakeness involved at all. Craig and the finance manager, all took their time and didn’t rush our sale! They explained every detail from top to bottom. We drove out of there to make our drive back home and rave about how excellent our salesman Craig and the dealership was. Dealerships commonly use low internet prices and then tack on unnecessary taxable fees on the backend to drive up interest rates and make up the margins. This dealership's fees were low, on average. As far as price transparency goes... highly visible yet very immovable. We could not reach an agreement on the trade-in and retail price so I did not purchase a new vehicle from them, but I would recommend giving them a shot at your business if you are comfortable with non-negotiable internet pricing. Perhaps, larger dealerships are able to get better invoice pricing and provide greater discount's but this dealership's MSRP discounts were above average for the internet. I'd give them another shot if the situation were to arise.
