Outstanding Experience! We found the perfect Lexus online and contacted Van Saukam to discuss our options. As you can imagine, trying to buy a car located in Colorado, while we were located in Tennessee, is not. without it's challenges. The biggest obstacle to overcome was the fact that the dealership didn't allow for us to make a deposit that would "hold" the vehicle at all, it had to be paid for on the spot or signed for on the spot. Despite the initial challenge, Van's creative prowess combined with his genuine desire to provide excellent service to his customers allowed us to work the deal. Van picked us up from the airport and the ride to. Kuni Lexus was both informative and inspirational. Once at the dealership, he continued to impress us with his genuine dedication to serving his clients. He walked us through the dealership and made us as comfortable as possible for our brief stay. The Kuni Lexus dealership was as impressive as Van's performance. I have been to some nice dealerships before, but Kuni Lexus is by far the nicest that I have ever seen. While the final prep was being done on our pre-loved GX, there wasn't anything that we could have asked for it (soda's, coffee, snacks, entertainment, a guest work station with internet, and friendly associates). We have had several experiences buying cars, and even though Colorado's laws regarding necessary paperwork are definitely different from Tennessee's, Archer Goodman, took great care of us. As a recent law school graduate, I found his explanations of the paperwork to be spot on, informative, and best of all, accurate. With all of the positives in our purchasing experience, it was no surprise that the vehicle that we purchased (2010 GX) has been every bit as impressive. My wife and I didn't think twice about driving from Denver back to Nashville, TN (1160 miles). The ride was as expected, outstanding. Kuni Lexus' Van Saukam was great to work with, and in fact we have stayed in touch since then, almost a month later. Thank you Van!

I have to say I went in to the dealer thinking that NOTHING was going to go my way. Early in the process I reached out via the internet and received a call as I requested, doing business with text just doesn't work for me. Chris Meachum called and asked me all the right questions and suggested we "work the deal backwards" due to my credit situation that many divorced, single parents face. I agreed, set up an appointment to meet with Chris, but I still had serious doubts about what the outcome would be. Chris and the finance team ran my credit and recommended a vehicle I was actually interested in, the 18' Jeep Renegade. I was actually surprised as I thought with my challenging credit situation I would be stuck with pre-owned which wouldn't be bad but I prefer new with a warranty. The guys worked really hard to get my deal done and I was blown away at what they gave me for my trade (more than expected) and when I got to finance with Lucas Keenan I was even more surprised that my payment was $30.00 a month lower than I agreed to; I used this cheaper payment to purchase an extended warranty. I am extremely pleased with how I was taken care of and the level of effort put into earning my business; this was by far the best car buying experience I have had in a very long time. I couldn't be happier with the car I bought and the overall experience. First of all unless it means alot to you to be in a fancy dealership (keep in mind that you are paying for all of that glitz with hidden fees ) and to have a brand new vehicle (let someone else pay the depreciation) this is the place to get a low mileage, sporty, sharp car with no hidden fees. I wanted a mid size SUV and test drove 9 different cars at 4 dealerships and every time we got down to the numbers I couldn't get out of any dealership without being in the $20,000 to $24,000 range after taxes, delivery/handling fees and added on BS. One Nissan dealer added $1,900 to the price of the car with a "convenience package" that included a clear bra, tinted window and floor mats. Who is that convenient for? The sharpest Ride has the lowest delivery and handling fee I've seen and beyond taxes which we can't avoid paying there really were no other unnecessary charges. I got exactly what I was looking for-a top of the line 2013 Nissan Rogue SL with 37K for miles and I was WELL BELOW $20,000 out the door taxes and everything. My sales man Miguel R. was a pleasure to work with. I actually enjoyed this experience instead of feeling like I was being schmoozed and manipulated. My wife and I bought a vehicle on 12 Jan 2018. Our salesperson was Rolando Marsh . He was such a professional person. We told him what we could put down and how much that we wanted our payments to be. He came through and got my wife the car she wanted and the color.The whole staff that night was great. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.
