Jerry took the time to insure I was satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. He provides excellent feedback and listens to what you need. He then goes above and beyond what the customer ask of him. If you truly want to insure you get the proper respect as a customer and if you want to ensure repeat customers then I would make sure all your service advisors perform as well as Jerry. Our journey of searching for a used Audi Q5 began more than 3 months ago. Our 1st experience was w/ Robert who helped my wife and I on the 2012 Audi Q7. Although it didn't work out, our experience was nothing short of amazing and the right at-home feeling.
Fast forward to 3 1/2 months later on June 9th, destiny brought us back to Audi Grapevine from a completely unexpected plan. We were on the way to another dealership to close out a deal w/ BMW X3, we stopped by Audi Grapevine to check out a new positing for an 2012 Audi Q5 without much expectations.
Vincent stepped in and created the best memorable experience for us. This Audi Q5 is a Prestige package that offers all the features we've been looking for. He enthusiastically showed us all how these features, MMI for example, work. He was also extremely friendly answering all the questions we had and reached out to Jameson, his manager, for additional information. Finally, he coordinated w/ the service department to clean the exterior and interior of the car like new b4 handing the keys to us.
We've been extremely happy w/ our 2012 Audi Q5 car. Our dream car could not have happened without Vincent's enthusiasm and Jameson's willingness to work w/ us. You guys rock!!!

First time bro going my car into service. I worked with Joe and he did a great job. I just came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Joe made sure everything was done in a timely manner and if had them wash and vacuum my car. Really enjoyed my visit! Thank you Joe!
No pressure sales, beautiful facility and their prices are better than many big dealerships. It was worth the 30 mile drive for me and while I didn't buy a car that day, when I find the car that I like and if they have it, I'll be back.
Worked with Keith Barbin who was very friendly and many years of experience in the industry. We were very selective and purchased a 1 year old 14,000 mile rental return with no issues whatsoever. The interior and exterior were nearly perfect and the condition was “like new”. The price was very reasonable and we were impressed with their “dealer level” service department, which you really don’t find at many used car places. We even had our other two cars serviced there while working on the deal for the new car.
I met with Keith. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with the inventory and what was available. My wife and I have recently started looking for a bigger vehicle as we are growing our family. There were many options on the lot and Keith helped us understand what was available. We will continue to search and PM standley will be a place we keep in mind.
Mark Jones was my salesman. Not only did Mark deliver quality service but so did the entire finance and service team. These guys do it right- the first time, every time. I plan to be a customer for a long time. I love my truck and the whole buying experience. Who said buying a vehicle was difficult? Not at PMS!
Normally don't give anybody five stars but have to make an exception on this one. Bought our Nissan Frontier from them. We had them add a Back Flip bed cover and an alarm system. Then today we had our first oil change and tire rotation done. Normally on tires we deal with Discount Tire and have for almost 30 years but PM Standley rotated the tires for 10 bucks. All I can say is our next vehicle we will go to them first and maybe wait to find the right one just to buy it from them.

I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).
The sale manager Zack set me up with Adam Ortiz and Adam was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional in helping me through the process. Even after the purchase he came to my home and went over the truck and explained everything to me and even helped me set things up. I would defiantly recommend Huffines and Adam to anyone looking to make a purchase.
It was a breeze. Adam Ortiz sold me the right car for sure.

We had an easy buying experience and there where a large variety of Jeep Cherokees to choose from. I would recommend this dealership for a 1 owner quality used vehicle. Our questions where answered and we never felt pressured to purchase. David was very helpful and knowledgeable.

After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!
