I went to Performance Honda for an oil change. My advisor Paul, kept me informed regarding the progress of my service, and also informed me that I had an outstanding recall, which was done during my visit. Paul was very polite, and patient. He represents the true meaning of the words “Customer Service”. Way to go Paul!!!

Kerry Ford review
Working with Kerry Ford was great. Everyone greeted me with a smile and were eager to help. It being my first time , I worked with Billy. He was very helpful, located the car I was interested, and pulled it up promptly. They let me take it on an extended drive so i could let the family get a good look at the car. The car was clean, had a full tank and ran exceptionally. After agreeing on a price, i proceeded to process the purchase. Billy offered to drive my new car and follow me home. The purchase went great and i didn?t need a second driver because Billy was so helpful.

Sean was very helpful. I contacted them about a car before I went there. Sean test drove the car and shot a personal video for me to see the car. He was friendly in person and helped with the test drive. I ended up not buying the car, but Sean was still friendly as we parted. Good selection of quality cars. Will consider them for future car purchases.

2023 Jeep Wrangler review
First jeep was a 2 door 1988 , have owned 9 since , every generation has gotten better , after having a lifted Willys and a Mojave gladiator I decided to go for more comfort but still able to do jeep things , 23 sport S 2 door hardtop 6cly , comfortable, quiet and cool . Love the alpine sound system and the smooth quiet comfortable ride ( obviously still a jeep ) I’ve gotten 28mph on a 400 mile road trip and seem to average 25mph which it outstanding imop

5 stars – Honest, efficient, and the reason I came back This was my second time working with Josh Hendrix, and I specifically came back because of how straightforward he is. We were buying a car for my daughter, and I appreciated that Josh didn’t push, didn’t upsell, and didn’t waste our time. He gave us a fair offer from the start and made the process easy. After dealing with salespeople at other dealerships who overtalk or dodge questions, Josh is someone I trust. If you’re buying a car, especially for family, he’s the one to work with.

Net Motorcars review
I just completed a purchase from Net Motorcars. I am in Michigan and they are in Illinois. I was very nervous buying without seeing the car in person. My son talked to Michael. My son was impressed. Since the car was for me I took over talking to Michael. I also was impressed, and completed the deal. I did have an inspection company give me a report. The process was very easy. The car was delivered in an enclosed carrier. This 2002 Cadillac Eldorado convertible is in excellent condition. Everything Michael told me about the car was true. Very rare, a dealer you can trust. I would buy from him again.
2023 Jeep Wrangler review
Absolutely LOVE my 392 20th Yr edition!! She’s a stingray grey beast, that is just as powerful and fun to drive as my Ftype Jaguar! The detail and design is comfortable and I am addicted to the powerful exhaust rumble on her! Puts any previous year Wrangler in a different class- my opinion, after having other Rubicon’s. Well worth taking the leap and spending the +$100k on her! No regrets!

Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell review
I couldn’t be happier with my new Mercedes-Benz! The vehicle is everything I hoped for and more, with the perfect combination of luxury, performance, comfort, and technology. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service I received from Alex Woods and Noah Smith at Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Mitchell. Alex provided excellent assistance with the vehicle features and technology, making sure I was comfortable with everything my new Mercedes has to offer. Noah was equally impressive throughout the sales process—professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the entire experience enjoyable and seamless. Both went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Their attention to detail, willingness to help, and commitment to customer service made all the difference. Buying a new vehicle should be an exciting experience, and Alex and Noah made it exactly that. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Mitchell to anyone looking for not only an exceptional vehicle but also an exceptional buying experience. Alex Woods and Noah Smith are outstanding representatives of the Mercedes-Benz brand, and their service deserves to be recognized. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends and family!

2023 Jeep Wrangler review
Thank you, Imperial Jeep and Hany Arian, for the recent great car buying experience; I got a Jeep Wrangler which was very competitively priced, and I got a very fair price for my trade-in. Also, thanks to Sales Manager Bob Baillargeon for supporting and developing significant car-buying solutions. Hany went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the car-buying experience and wrapped the paperwork seamlessly. I recommend this car dealership. A big thank you to Bob and Hany!
