I Completed finance application 9/26 on a 2017 renegade desert hawk . I haven’t received a response yet 9/30. I did receive a confirmation that the application was received. I’m surprised about huge delay

I had nothing but excellent service in regards to Darcars of Fairfax facility. The experience from car buying “Eric” to management providing me with the certainty of any issues “IJ” to the service department showing pure professionalism. I really appreciate this experience.
I just purchased my new RDX yesterday and I am very pleased with it. I drove 2 hours to Rosenthal Acura to get my car. It was a hectic drive, but well worth the trip! I can???t say enough about this dealership. My salesman, Alan Eden was so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. He is a true professional. He did everything he could do to make this a great, smooth transaction. Even though we have so far to travel to get there, I would highly recommend this dealership. I really love my car! Thank you Alan Eden for everything you did for us!
John was great in making my purchase a bit easier. They promised to bring car to me in VA and get moonroof deflector installed and neither happened. But, they did pay for an Uber to bring me out to them. Ended up missing work :( and stuck in rush-hour traffic but love my car!
That was an easy buy at this place. I was cautious and skeptical buying a relatively expensive car from a none-franchise dealership. But that was not the case with Victory Motors. I bought a 3-years old Audi A8 TDI/Diesel there in July 2018...The car exceeded my expectations and overall the whole buying process was very easy and honest. My credit history is very good though and credit score is excellent. Great thanks to Adam and Victor who helped me there.
We had a positive experience with Victory Motors when we purchased our used truck from them in August. Adam was great to work with, no high pressure, just helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend checking them out for a used truck.
Patty, Boyd and Chris made my transaction quick and smooth. There's not really anything else to say. If you've bought vehicles in the past, you know how important that is. I was in, and out the door in just over an hour. That is not an exaggeration.
Great experience and will definitely come back for service work. I had an appointment and opted to wait in the customer lounge. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me in less than an hour and a half. Great service.
Warranty repair, parts came in earlier than estimated. However I was promised a one-day repair, and it took longer but they never called to advise status. I had to call multiple times the second day to get status, and when I was told it would be ready by about 10, I arrived around 11 and had to wait until after 1 pm before the car was ready. This was on a work day so the inaccurate estimates resulted in my wasting several otherwise productive hours.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
