Out of state buyer, so I had the BMW I was interested in sent to the BMW Dealership for a full inspection. They dropped of car as well as picked it up after the inspection. As you would expect the dealership was able to find some concerns. Tony and his team went out of their way to start fixing the issues. During this process I decided to go a different direction and not purchase the car. Tony was very gracious and said he would work on refunding my deposit immediately and hoped we could work together in the future.

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. I had a great experience I had Samir he was fantastic I had two other dealerships to go to who had cars that I was interested in but everyone was great there and Samir made me decide I was getting it there he even went out of the way to drive hours to deliver the car on his time. Everyone was very considerate and not pushy at the dealership and got a good price. I would definitely recommend them. I drove over 200 miles one way to them, they had the best prices.
