Found a SRX on Cars.com and did a search of the dealership website and sent a request for more information. I received a response quickly about the vehicle I was inquiring about from Greg Schwalbach. I felt comfortable with what he told me that I booked a flight from Texas to go look at the SRX. I told Greg I would take a uber to the dealership from the airport, but he insisted that they could pick me up. Greg was on time to pick us up and was never pushy about the sale. Did run into a small hiccup but Greg and the manager were quick to address the issue and correct it on the spot and do the right thing. That speaks volume of the character of the dealership and the whole team that work at this dealership. I have visited many different dealerships especially Cadillac ones in the past month and this is the best one because of the people. The finance manager was quick and explained all the options. Made the drive back to Texas and the family loved the new car.
I bought my car from Frank Winstel. He is the best! He knows exactly what we want and helped us to pick the perfect car with great price I can find from 3 dealers, one in Columbus, oh, and the other in Lexington, KY, which is our local store. The best thing was that we did all the quotes on phones and emails since it is 1.5 hours driving. After we reached the agreement, he helped us to get everything ready including the car insurance, so we just drove there and pickuped the car. We are very happy for the service!!! My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I purchased my Toyota from a dealer in Indiana back in 2009 and now call Kerry Toyota home. I had recall work that needed to be done on my vehicle and I was provided transportation to and from my home while repairs were made. Went in after seeing a vehicle online. It had just been traded in so there were no photos of it yet but that didn't stop John from helping out. I contacted him and he replied very quickly. Long story short, the car was perfect and John was able to make it happen. No pressure at all, he had the car ready for me to test it and after it was purchased he made sure it was given a quick once through, filled the tank and I was off. I went in needing a new car and even though I got the vehicle I wanted there was a mess up with the banks so I had to get info to them about my income and make a trip back. This also resulted in me paying $50 more on my payment which I was not happy about. Also I asked about a few minor things and it never got addressed. All in all I wanted to get my down payment and my trade in back but I love my new car.

My wife has always wanted a loaded Tahoe. I have always not wanted a car payment in the same ball park as my mortgage. Thankfully Bob Pulte Chevrolet had a certified 2013 LTZ with low miles and showed me how they were priced compared to the market which was very good. Zach went into detail about the work that had been done on the Tahoe, the additional warranties that come with a certified one and everything else fell into place. Heck they even helped when the dashboard cracked a week after I bought it (if your looking at the old body style Tahoe or Yukon it seems to be a common issue). I will definitely go to Bob Pulte for our next vehicle purchase.
